I think Eurocell is very good because the customer service was excellent. I was called regarding delivery almost immediately after I had placed the order. I had missed an item and this was added with no difficulty at all and included in the scheduled delivery. The delivery driver was excellent as well very personable I was even called on the morning of the delivery to check that the time was good for me for the delivery. Excellent service from everyone I dealt with at the branch.

I think Eurocell is very good because the skirting was very easy to install, completing a newly decorated room with a very professional finish without the hassle of having to paint the skirting. Wish we had know about this product before we started renovating our house.

Everything in stock and ready in 20 minutes. Excellent knowledgable staff.

Got a reply within a couple of days saying they'd look into this, implying I'd get a reply.

Liked that you got one bit of the order from a nearby branch, as the most local branch was out of stock.

Had been told by Branch Manager a delivery day which was fine.
While not given a time (which was okay); he said driver would ring me a bit before he'd get to the unstaffed delivery location.

Disliked only getting a call when delivery was there and driver uncertain exactly where to leave it.
-Had to drop what I was doing and get there within 5 minutes.
-If drivers leave stuff at an unstaffed location, someone could come along and nick the goods.
Not great, hence only 2 stars !

I found the product I needed with no messing around. Ease of use & simple navigation of your website. That's all anyone can ask of a major company such as yours. I'd recommend anyone to use you in future as your prices are competitive & my friends in the village have all said you're the people to use.

I think Eurocell is very good because the quality of the guttering and fascia products is excellent. Great service from the Bognor branch including delivery. Competitive pricing to save money.

As always, materials delivered quickly with a very helpful driver

Order has not been delivered after chasing them for the second time I have been told it will not be delivered untill 28th May !!!

Multiple calls to get a due date for the products

My daughter & i needed materials for a new window cill & surround. We were not sure what we needed. Stuart was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different materials & methods that we were able to decide what would be best for us. I will definitely return for future projects.
