I think Eurocell is very good because the products are excellent and the level of service from the Inverness branch staff was first class.

Great personal service, staff very helpful,.

Did an online order for materials that were in stock.
Told to wait for text or email for when to collect.
Did not receive any so went into store 2 days later and they had not even picked my order. Very poor online customer service.However I do not blame the chap who served me as he was polite and professional.

I think Eurocell is very good because prices for polycarbonate sheets are very competitive with free delivery, other suppliers are either more expensive or have high delivery costs or won't deliver to my location (Highlands of Scotland). They have a local depot and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Can't fault them on anything, I'll be using them again next time I need polycarbonate sheets or other items they supply.

Really easy website to navigate. Found exactly what I was looking for at a really great price. Company has kept me informed about my order and have emailed to say further updates will follow which will be helpful for receiving goods
