What a fantastic company to buy from. Used the Leicester branch spoke to Matt who went through my order for the fencing i requied and answered the queries I had with dealeries and cutting to fit the smaller planel I needed, very professional. Items arrived on time and the dealivey driver Dan was very helpful and put the product were I required them. I think Eurocell is very good because the whole process was easy and efficient from start to finish. I paid online and was clearly shown where local stock was available, which made things very convenient. The pricing was fair, and the click and collect service was fast and straightforward.

When I went to collect my order, the staff were friendly, prompt, and attentive – really helpful and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and I’d be happy to use them again.

Ordered online at about 9 am. It was delivered at 13:10 the same day. I Couldn't believe it. Also I missed an item off the order and called the Leicester branch, they added it and that was delivered at the same time. That's what I call service Brilliant.

I was waiting for the " ready to collect" email or text message to collect my order. The message never came . I sent an email to the customer service who send an email after 2 days saying that me order is ready to collect.
I made the purchase Under the impression that I can click and collect in one hour time.

I placed my order on Monday at approx 10.30 and my order was delivered on Tuesday at approx 10.30. That is excellent service which is rare these days. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Eurocell in the future.
