Great service from Ross, as always.

Just used eurocell Luton branch and served by Ross. I'm not a tradesman so always find it a tiny bit intimidating going to these places and worry about asking stupid questions and holding up a queue full of actual tradies but this was not my experience at all. Ross was extremely patient, friendly and helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Top job.

Excellent service, very helpful staff! Great local company willing to genuinely help out local customers. 5 stars to Ross who has served us twice. We will be back!

This is my first purchase. Not sure about their star reviews, but not a good experience. I might visit them in person today; taking time off from work will cost me more!

They've something that others haven't which makes my life way easier and they are local and I could collect it by myself. Super customer service in store, very helpful and patient.

Amazing and helpful staff. Well informed and willing to work through my problem with me. I will be using them going forward. I would highly recommend this location and staff.

Went to Eurocell Luton branch on Saturday - just before 12. Gentleman serving was v.helpful. Great advice on composite decking boards and just general good all round service

They source the goods for me (Watford), who then delivered to me,on site!

Im visiting my local branch(Luton) very often, can say few people are really not for there, they don't really care about the customers. Only person there who really know what to do is ROSS, always fast react and always available to help even sometime if yiu need help with some products linked to your project Ross is there and doing his best to solve the matter and assist you as much as he can. I shouldn't give 4 stars because I had few times bad experience. Only the stars pull out the boy ROSS. You should have few more people like him

Great service - it was obvious that the staff were busy! Ross, in particular, acknowledged my presence and informed me that he would help me with my enquiry when he had completed his phone call.

I had a great
experience with the team at Luton. Josh help me with the measurement and Tony gave his advice on my mistake order how i can manage it efficiently while Ross was also helpfull in understanding my problems . Paul the driver was very patience to my delivery. In Conclusion the Luton team acted professional by been patience with me and help me out with the measurement and fixing the problem, although I can't return the one i bought earlier. Am pleased with Josh professional dealing he is so helpful and has listened to my problem and helped me.
