Ordered on a Thursday afternoon to get an email to say someone will be in touch within 48 hours about delivery, had nothing until I emailed the following week. Had a call to say it ‘might’ be on the Friday delivery, if not it’ll be another week.
Had no contact on the Friday to say whether my order was there or not, all I needed was someone to let me know as this was now holding up other jobs, had to email again to then be told it had arrived on the following Friday’s delivery and wont be delivered till the Tuesday?
So 2 and a half weeks from date of order and no updates until prompted.
Appalling customer service from Tamworth branch.
Will not be using again.

Having researched numerous products and suppleirs I opted to call Eurocell Tamworth Branch... Good Idea there!!! I spoke to Karl, on several occasions on the same day and not one of my daft questions was too much trouble, he searched availability of products in branch after branch for me, emailed me a quote over almost instantly and got my order placed quickly. I cannot recommend enough how helpful Karl was and his patience with, shall we say a less knowledgeable person was exceptional... Many thanks once again...

Brilliant service from start to finish. Really helpful in the store then delivery was fantastic. Polite, friendly and took time and care to unload the decking and stack it safely. Really pleased with the whole experience.
