Definitely got worse

I used to have a good service from Eurodrop albiet there were some things missing or somethings had been replace. The last time was awful, I was out and my adult daughter took delivery, she took a call from the driver saying he couldn't find our address and could he drop it at a gas station, to which she said no. I can send you our location. The driver eventually arrived, apparantley not very happy, and was rude and everything in the back of his van was all loose and in a mess. He delivered our food, most of which was wrong. There were many items missing and I had more of certain other items, it was a complete shambles. I also emailed them numerous times about this issue and they never got back to me. Communication with them is awful. I won't be using them again.

How to lose a client

Having been a long standing customer, spending in excess of 400€ per order, all we can say is their service has got worse. Constantly out of stock, turn around of orders has increased from 3 days to over 3 weeks, not replying to emails, product sent short to that invoiced. Fair to say this will be our last order

Hit and Miss

My first order and unfortunately also my last. Communication is none existent and got my delivery 2 weeks late. Streaky bacon way too salty..had to discard it. Cumberland sausages terrible. German sausages have good taste but casing is like leather…not good.
Back bacon very good.
Arrived frozen but way late.

Don't order!

It seems that is their new way of making money; telling you they do not deliver unless you pay 20 euro for shipping and you live to far! They even told me they never did a delivery at my adress before!!!! If you don't deliver in Murcia or all the other places in the other revieuws than remove that info from your website. If you don't deliver for free no matter how big an order is, than remove that info from your website!

They need to improve their payment…

They need to improve their payment method. Every order I have place has taken two or three attempts to pay plus they don’t use email only messaging which can drop into oblivion. They say that they can’t use PayPal for some obscure reason whilst every other supplier can without problem. They’re not cheap so obviously not really interested in my business.

Additional delivery fees

They state they deliver in Barcelona province. Not true, they contact you afterwards to tell you they don't except if you pay for additional 20 € delivery fee.

Bestelling frikandellen

Eerst akkoord ontvangen op de bestelling en na gevraagd te hebben wanneer het wordt geleverd krijg je te horen dat jouw adres buiten de route valt ( 6 km buiten de route ) en daarom € 20 euro extra dient te worden betaald voor de transportkosten. En dat de minimale bestelling € 100 moet zijn. Terwijl hun website aangeeft bestellingen boven de € 80 “ geen transportkosten “

They don't use chilled vans - AVOID

They don't use chilled vans. They use the worst courier in Spain (MRW). They don't care if your food arrives days late, and won't refund.

They don't reply to emails (promptly if at all) and don't offer a phone number. It's a scam, and they don't give a mierda.

And they charge you 20 Euros delivery for the privilege.

We received our order promptly and it was frozen. The problem is, who needs 3 kg of rashers in one go. I expected that they might be in one package but at the very least they would have a plastic barrier between segments so you could take out a half kilo or a kilo at a time.
No it didn't , we needed to defrost the complete package 🙄🙄🙄 just dim, with not a thought for the end user 😳 on the plus side the rashers were very nice, unfortunately the sausages were just so so.

Don’t use Eurodrop

Ordered many items from eurodrop most of the items we ordered were frozen.
When the items arrived they were all defrosted. Due to all the items being defrosted we could not eat them a waste of over 100€. These items arrived in a normal van not even a freezer van.
When I complained I received no reply.
Eurodrop are a bunch of Charlton’s

Well done Eurodrop

We ordered a mix of frozen and non frozen foods. Dispatched on Tuesday 18 April to be dispatched overnight to Portugal. MRW stated they would deliver on the next day, despite being assured that the order would be delivered it was not. Delivered around 1345 next day all totally defrosted. I had kept Eurodrop informed and they obviously knew the food would be defrosted. Eurodrop sent an email saying they have resent all the frozen products, fantastic service. I decided due to this I would take the defrosted food to a local charity, Refood in Alcobaca were delighted. Today at approximately 1350 the resent order arrived, fully frozen. I can't thank Eurodrop enough for their actions and Refood are well pleased too. This is not our first order, always been delivered when stated. MRW let Eurodrop down on this occasion however how well did Eurodrop react!!!! Great customer service

Don't expect to get your frozen food frozen...!!!

i have to admit i don't like doing reviews like this but this company has something very wrong having used this company for a very long time it pains me to say they are pretty bad to deal with my goods keep arriving defrosted. when i complain i am told you cannot expect frozen food to arrive frozen and you should order when it's cooler..!!!! my last order i ordered 20 steak pies when i got them 9 were frozen the rest in various stages of defrost too far gone to refreeze. 6 packs of crumpets all totally defrosted and two packs of smoked mackrel both defrosted they used to ship in freezer vans then it was ok but not anymore..their answer was "But If you decide to place an order is under your own risk. My recommendation is that you place orders in cooler months." how can you sell frozen foods and say it's to be expected you won't get it frozen so it will be ruined??? sorry but this is not acceptable with food stuff. oh and the boxes they send it in is a polystyrene wich should help but the transort (MRW) Dropped something on it and put a hole in it that didn't help either...all the other times it arrived defrosted there was no hole in the box so this isn't the problem,,they don't even mark the shipment frozen food!!!!
