Terrible service, thay say 3-5bussines days but thay took 8 days to prepare and than send it to fedex, now its stuck at airport(USA)for clearance because they didn’t fill the form for international delivery, i emailed them and still nothing, im having hard time because my baby doesn’t drink any other milk only aptamil that i have order on them!!! Why should they provide this kind of service when its about the baby food they have to be the top of the top
I came to find out about this site recently from a friend of mine. We used to order our formulas from another German site but they either would ran out of stock and not refill or would raise their prices on certain key items when demand was high.
After ordering from euroella.com, at first I was skeptic based on based experience but then when I did get our Formula even faster than expected, I have nothing to say but EXCELLENCE!!
We ordered Sunday March 10th, from U.S. which is about 9 hours behind German time, we received our formula the morning of March 12th, No Tax, No VAT or any extra hidden charges, I was beyond impressed!! U.S. mail domestically does not ship this fast.
Absolutely highly recommend this site and their products. Also if anything they do not have in stock or shown on their site, they are happy to add it to their inventory after their quick response to my many concern via e-mail.
