Had another company pull out at the last minute for our move to Milan. European Moving stepped in and helped us out on a tight timeline. We are so grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism.

Moved from Bristol to Zurich. It was a true door-to-door service. They handled the ferry, the customs, and the final delivery without me having to make a single phone call to chase them. Very impressed with the organization.

I don't know where are the negative reviews come from they are very professional movers. I used them to move back home to Poland . The whole process was handled professionally from the packing in London to the unloading. The team spoke both languages, which made the whole thing much easier for us.

It was the most stressful and worst experience anyone moving can have. On the collection day, the driver came in a van without any scale, we got an email saying “ We have collected your items, Our agreement was for 1000 KG in weight for the total price of £1600.00 The total weight for your removal is 1446 KGThe extra 446 kg will cost and extra £713.00 in order to be shipped along with what was agreed. If you are dissatisfied with the extra charge of £713.00, we can return your goods to your collection address for the cost for £700.00 In order for the delivery to take place, we must receive the additional payment of £713.00 upon receipt of this email to ensure there is no delay with your delivery.Please use the following bank details and reference (402353), to pay the final balance of £713.00 ASAP.”

We just settled in Spain but I still insist to write a review for the sake of my tears and stress they put me in as a single mum moving countries.

I hate hidden fees. With these guys, the fixed price we agreed on was exactly what we paid. No customs surprises or extra mileage charges. Just straightforward and honest service

The guyz who did the heavy lifting for our move were absolute machines. Didn't complain, were very careful with the walls in our new flat, and stayed until everything was positioned perfectly. Thanks a lot.

I have a collection of antique mirrors and glassware. I was terrified of sending them through Europe on a truck but the custom crating service they provided was top-tire. Not a single thing was damaged.

Brilliant from start to finish. Price was exactly what was quoted, no hidden fees which was my main worry. Kept an eye on the tracking and everything arrived on time. Will use again if I ever move back

recently moved from the UK to Spain using European Moving, and everything went very smoothly. Communication was clear throughout the process, the team was professional, and all of my items were delivered on time and in perfect condition. The move was well organised and stress-free. I would especially like to recommend Vicky, who was extremely helpful and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. Acquire the services of European Moving as my family member was moving from London to Manchester. They are professional and very supportive in their work. Handled all the things very well. Recommend.

Absolute disaster from start to finish, do not use this company.
I requested our furniture to be picked up 17th October and dropped off in Spain 22nd and that I wanted to hire a Luton sized van, I was flying out 21st.price agreed all looking good.
The warning signs when the van turned up with a cardboard number plate to the rear looking back should’ve stopped the move straight away.
The driver mentioned he was taking my belongings to a storage point as his van was t legal in Spain which didn’t add up with the time scale but again I gave it the benefit of the doubt.
On the day I was due to fly out I received an email saying there had been a delay and my things wouldn’t be transported until the end of that week at the earliest from the transport management team who do not have a phone number to take calls. So I was dealing with Alfie who is clearly the middle man that takes all the complaints for the horendous shxt show.
My belonging finally arrived 27th two days after my family had arrived with no furniture in our new home.
When the van arrived It was packed into the back third of the van with several items missing and some damaged, the driver stated that the remaining items would be coming at a later date (I’ve still not received the items or any compensation) so the price I agreed for a van for my belongings had been compacted into a third of the van size I agreed the price on.
This company will more than likely reply with you must have us mixed up with another company as I’ve seen previously as a response to other unhappy customers. Also be aware that they initially come through as various other names to side step reviews like this.
