The app has stopped giving me points when I charge from home. Contact customer service who told me I had been charging on the move, so I sent them screenshots from the app stating that I was at home and asked them to reimburse my missing points. They are now ignoring me.
Avoid this joke of a company who cannot keep their promises about rewarding users with points.
App works ok along with Rolec charger. However, providing a half-baked solar solution based on weather data instead of actually linking to the panels isn't great. Then deciding that, out of the blue, you're going to charge customers £50 p/a for that function is garbage. Now looking to get the Rolec charger swapped out for a Zappi - no way should that be a charged added feature, as it's poor at the best of times - let alone to force this on existing customers without any warning when the chargers were being bought is wrong. I've not heard of another mainstream supplier charging any on going cost when the charger is paid for upfront.
Avoid at all costs.

Good Morning:
I used your app for my iPhone. I had issues correlating your numbers with the actual charges being delivered so I deleted your app.
Your app started shutting down my Tesla’s ability to home charge. Tesla spent thousands changing out my charging system twice before they found the code you sent to my car telling it to shut off my charging.
I had to change my password. Please address this issue so it will not happen to others. No third party app should be able to shut anyones charging down.

Poor App, No Response from Customer Services. Been using this company for approx 8 month, lots of times the charger loses connection so I've had to reboot it. Now the app/charger won't charge the car, been using it to charge overnight but for the last few weeks it hasn't done that. I've emailed but no reply. Been looking around for another brand but frankly reading the reviews it would seem to me that there are lots of brands with appalling reviews.
Great when it works...
Used the app for over 2 yrs now. Too many bugs and too inconsistent. Not what you need when you have a fully electric vehicle and rely on the app to charge your car to get to work. Back to the built in charging schedule in my car
This app is useless for a variety of reasons. 1) it does not allow to register more than one vehicle. 2) it does not include all the EV models available on the market 3) even if deactivated, smart charging keeps interfering with the vehicle’s schedule 4) the off-peak time was incorrect during Summer time 5) I reported issues to the company from the beginning, which have always been ignored 6) the charging costs associated with the electrical tariff are always inaccurate My advice: don’t buy Rolec but choose a different charger for your vehicle!
