I called this company up, and ask for a price on a vacuum CLEANER. And they would not budge one penny or price MATCH ANYTHING. They are full of crap. NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LIER'S like 99.99% of these vacuum cleaner manufacturers and dealerships all ARE.ALL THEY DO IS LIE 24/7 365 days a year

Just ordered Aerus 25 Pack Generic Canister Vacuum Bags Style C for my Electrolux. I've been using these for years and there's not one bit of difference between these generic bags and the Aerus ones....just a lot cheaper!! I love them and I love ordering from evacuumstore...easy and prompt delivery!

I ordered a Hepa filter for my old GE Upright vacuum cleaner, it arrived today well within the time frame they said it would take. The item is exactly what is required for that vacuum, I am very pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs parts for a vacuum cleaner. I called the company today to find out when the filter would arrive, the person on the line was very courteous and said that it was supposed to arrive today, and sure enough, I found it in our mailbox.

Ordered an important part for a vacuum that i needed for my business. I received email that item was shipped 9/27 by USPS priority. After 3 days and not receiving order i checked the tracking and it stated that a label has been created but not shipped. I called the customer service on 10/4 too inquire why the order STILL was in preshipment. I talked to a confused and unorganized operator who promised me shed get back to me during the day to rectify the situation. After no call for 8 hrs i called again and the explanation i got was that the item was shipped the 27th - i explained to the agent that USPS tracking still had the item in preshipment... she then told me she had no idea what was going on and would have to investigate it again- i then canceled the order and bought item on amazon and it will be here in 2 days. I tried to give another vendor a chance to get my business instead of amazon, but this company fell way short- do not use, bad company and very unorganized.

I ordered a pair of belts for my Eureka vacuum. The first one broke before I turned the machine on after installing it. I've installed the second one and I hope it will last. I tried to use their site to ask for a refund of half $19.00. The site was impossible. It told me I'd used a wrong sign(>) in my request and would not budge.

I like the k95 mask I get from you. I also like that they have put the nose pinch inside the mask not outside. I wear glasses and it's hard to keep glasses on metal nose pinch.

Received my vacuum as promised. Vacuum had grass on the wheels when I removed it from the box and a scratch on the underside of the vacuum. Called customer service and was told I could send it back for a 20% return fee. They could not help me with any additional credits because I got 10% off at the time of purchase. The vacuum works well and we are keeping it.

Somehow, I lost the hose that attaches to my hand held vacuum. Ordered a new one online....easy to navigate the website. Timely delivery, packaged well, reasonable price.

Extremely happy about the Miele Vac-it’s powerful, easy to use, clean and quiet! My order arrived remarkably fast and so did the additional accessories, such as the convenient brush tool and mini turbo brush. The bags have a good capacity, and I am confident that the hepa filter really makes a difference when putting this machine to task!
