Amazing company - since the beginning to the end of the job - friendly service, communication was excellent, was kept up to date with updates of the units arriving.
The work was carried out in the time expected and to very good standards and they responded promptly to resolve an issue after installation.

The team at Evans & Son are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We had an issue with our boiler losing pressure, rather than fobbing us off over the phone, Mark visited our house, identified a faulty part was the issue, ordered a replacement and swiftly fitted it. He also serviced our boiler. I can highly recommend Evans & Son and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We now have a happy working boiler and we are very happy customers.

Just had my Aircon serviced by Evans & Son after one year of running.
Its been brilliant to have the aircon in our main bedroom and living space.
Mark and the team were polite, punctual and helpful discussing the best place to fit each unit inside and outside. There was no pressure on time to work it out. Once back to fit them the work was quick and efficient, causing the least bother and all very neat and tidy.

Good workmanship and advice from Mark and is team. Last February 2021 Installation of boiler and towel radiator. Advised and replaced Keston for Vaillant, boiler has been working well. Advised and replaced radiator for towel radiator and bathroom is warmer than before.

Mark installed two Aircon units with WiFi adapters back in 2020. My network has changed and he popped in when passing to reconnect the WiFi modules without charge. I was extremely happy with the initial installation and this demonstrates their customer philosophy.

Mark and Louise have been great to deal with from the beginning. They helped me choose the right unit for my flat (performance and aesthetics) - which I'm delighted with. And delivered and fitted on time. Their support and back-up service has been excellent too.

Evans & Son supplied and fitted an air conditioner unit to a first floor bedroom in my home. Even though it was summer and they were under enormous pressure, they were able to send a person to provide a quote and carry out a survey very quickly and also managed to squeeze the job in so as we were all set for the warmer weather. Great service from a well-established local company. Very efficient engineers and good value for money.

I recently had an air conditioning unit fitted in my bedroom, it has made such a difference. My partner and I both love to be cool at night and its so lovely to be able to set the room to the perfect temperature. The engineers were extremely polite and efficient, all work was tidy! Would highly recommend.

We are really pleased with the air con units Mark and his team installed. Mark was really knowledgeable and advised us on the best options available. We had three air con units installed - two bedrooms and one in our kitchen. His team were tidy, on time and friendly. With the hot weather we are soooo pleased we invested in them!! We have just had an AC system installed in our kitchen extension and main bedroom. The team at Evans and Son have been great, with Louise providing prompt, helpful responses and Mark providing information and guidance on the right system for us and best location. Fitting was carried out in a few hours and looks great! I would certainly recommend Evans and Son.

Mark and Louise made this job very simple. Correspondence was swift and things happened when they said they would. Mark took the time to listen to what I was after and came up with a very unobtrusive solution. Everything was explained in advance so there were no surprises during the works. Despite the nature of the job everything was left nice and clean (and cool!). I am very happy with the work and very happy to recommend Evans and Son.

We used Evans & Son to install air conditioning in all the bedrooms in our house. Mark was really helpful - he provided good ideas around the positioning of indoor and outdoor units, the types of system to consider and the design and installation aesthetics. Both he and Mat worked very hard to get the job done on time. They were pleasant to have working around the house, punctual and tidy. Additionally they were both very respectful of all the COVID restrictions at the time. Any additional people they needed (electricians, labourers, etc) turned up on schedule as well. Really nice bunch of people that I would thoroughly recommend.

After getting 3 different quotes for an air conditioning unit for our living room area, we decided to go with Evans & Son because they seemed to be the most competent team and it turns out that we made the right decision.
Our unit was installed on the 15th of April, the service was excellent, all our questions were answered and the team even cleaned up, after they finished installing the unit - which was such a pleasant surprise.
Can't wait for summer, now that we don't have to worry about the house getting too hot anymore!

Mark was great at running through options for different systems and and very patient in answering a number of follow up questions. Once we booked, we were kept updated with installation dates. There were a few different choices available at fitting, which were fully explained to us with the pros and cons for each. We were very pleased with the work, which was completed to a great standard and neat finish. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Evans & Sons (and have already to a few of our neighbours)!

Mark and his team installed air conditioning at my house recently. They were meticulous in their approach, polite and very conscious of my concerns about Covid-19. They wore masks at all times and stayed well away from my family members. The installation was faultless and we are delighted with the work.
