It is a complete scam, dnt buy any items

Good communication/after sales easy to deal with.

Ordered some boots, the ones that turned up look nothing like the image and the quality is terrible 😂

The site/company is a complete fraud selling very poor copies and shouldn’t be allowed to operate in the U.K.

Not sure whether try to return them or keep them as a reminder never buy from a company selling stuff that seems too good to be true again!

How disappointing and miss leading, I ordered some shoes with marketing that indicated a shop closedown in Birmingham . Shoes can from china nothing like the description or quality expected . Now trying to return and it feels like they want you to jump through a krypton factor exercise to get a returns address . With threats if I don’t get through there process in 10 days no money back . There are consumer protection rules in the uk .

I bought a coat for £40 thinking the company was based in London, as the website strongly suggests. Only after purchasing did I find out returns have to be sent to China. The coat that arrived is far too short and doesn’t match the description or photos. When I asked for a refund, they offered only 50% and expected me to pay £20 to send it back overseas — completely unfair and misleading.

The website is deceptive about its location, the sizing is inaccurate, and the customer service is unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Avoid unless you want to waste your money and deal with a dishonest return policy.

I paid £49.99 for a coat on the 18 September but have still not received it and my contact with the company is not being answered.
Unfortunately, although I checked to see if it was a UK company I did not read the reviews.
I now find I cannot comment to the company snd do it looks as though I have lost my money. So no new coat for me this winter.

They also trade as Mabel and daisy . Absolute crooks as above comments. Pretend to be British firm , but are based . Product received very poor quality. Don’t buy from them.

Do not exist in London - give the impression they have a London store - they do not
As below I ended up paying for 2 of the exact same dresses total cost £65
The dresses were of the worst possible quality and bear no resemblance to that on the site - completely unwearable ... It was so bad I actually had friends laughing at it .... I've tried to get them to respond to my email to return but haven't had any response over the past 2 days ... They only offer 14 day return which I believe is not the case in the UK - should be 28 days
That said I am not holding any hope that I will get an form of response and have spent hours trying to contact them ... can only imagine how much they have scammed from the UK over the years
Please do not buy anything !!!!!

Ordered dress - payment has been taken out of account on 5/8/25 but has not been received - confirmation email has not been sent either.
I sent an email chasing - no response. Very disappointing.

Sent an incorrect item. Ordered black sandals and was sent red. They are also poor quality. On asking to return they advised me that this would to be China- even though they advertise as a London company. I refused to be out of pocket for their error. Have now sent 3 complaints over the last month asking for a refund of my £35 and being ignored completely

Very poor quality, not the shop you think you are buying from when it says London! When I requested a return I was told I had to pay the postage to China..and on top of that they would keep a further 20% of my money for change over charge!! How can you do that?!

Although my order took a few weeks to arrive, I received an email to keep me informed of its arrival time.
The jumper was a good quality but not suitable for me.
The company gave a speedy full refund plus a discount for future purchases.

I would not recommend buying from this company. My experience is that I bought the "Lisa Pain Relief" shoes with the white star on the back. They arrived after a long time and I tried them on, they fitted ok. The following day I realized that they had no star on the heal. I wrote to customer service asking if I could have a pair with stars on as in the photo.
I was told that as I had taken them out of the package that I could not return them (how on earth can you try them on) and that the star shoes that I had paid for were out of production! Deceitful and unacceptable in my opinion!

BE AWARE! I had to chase delivery on numerous occasions.

I received my order last night and sadly the product does not match the description.

The product does not provide any comfort or pain relief or support to the foot. In fact, adds pain to the foot.

Poor quality product and workmanship. The material is similar to 1970s plimsoles. The image of the product advertised is misleading, 6 rows or eye-lets compared to 5 rows of eye-lets on my pair of shoes.

Very very disappointed.

Misleading the public unfortunately. They dont exist in London and change their business name for example. CLARKSON, LONDON two weeks ago and now EVELYN London. Shoes are not what they advertise and during is all wrong. If you have to return products they charge return fees to China plus customs. Ordered shoes that are meant to be for painful feet as my sister has cancer and her feet are sore when walking. Spent £90 on two pair for her. Sizing is completely out with UK sizes and quality very poor. Shameful that they are allowed to operste in the UK. Avoid.

Don't buy, shoes I bought are comfortable but rubbish. Sole hasn't even got the size on it.ordered a 5 and they are seriously a 6 or six and a have. Not worth the money I paid for them.

I can only repeat what another customer has written, as it’s exactly what I have experienced too. I ordered a pair of Dr Martens from Evelyn London. They sent me the wrong size and they are not Dr Martens they are fakes. They do not come from London but from China. When I asked to return the boots with a refund they told me I will need to pay for shipping back to China. Worst company ever. Absolute crooks! Stay away.
