Do not trust EVENTBRITE. I would give a no star rating if I could. I have been waiting for 3 years for a refund for the Al Pacino experience in Dublin. April 2023. I have contacted them on numerous occasions. Getting the same automated response over and over again. Thousands of people in the same boat as me. Absolutely disgraceful.

The Wild Bunch Event by EVENTBRITE: This was a wine tasting event with small makers in Portland, OR. $58 for 5 hours, unlimited tastings. It was held in a hip building in NW. However, it was cold inside, doors to the outside were left open. When addressed with the host, she acknowledged the problem, commenting that attendees were leaving their coats on-- that's it. We arrived halfway through and there were no more glasses, so we were handed paper coffee cups to wine taste, with them saying to check back because people might be leaving without their glass and they could wash those. Right. Like, where was the kitchen, how was that going to happen? We did check back after 45 min or so, they had just bought wine glasses (trying to cover their asses) and they were like miniature globe shaped glasses-- not wine glasses. But, the event organizers know how many tickets are bought --right? How did they mess this up. As well, upon our arrival, many of the vendors already didn't have some of their advertised wines, they had run out. The tastings were TINY, too, barely a swallow. The space was very crowded. Food was a separate cost and there were only three vendors. They did have a DJ with some decent sounds. Eventbrite did a very poor job with this one.

I have been waiting for 3 YEARS for a refund for the Al Pacino experience in Dublin. I have written to them repeatly and get ignored each time with automated message telling me to be patient. They have robbed me of €250 and I can't imagine how many others. Thousands of other people's money STOLEN just like that.

I got a ticket to see Al Pacino LIVE back in 2022. The event was postponed and then cancelled. I have been waiting since April 2023 to get a refund back. Nothing. I am absolutely disgusted at this.

It’s the most awful site. Just move on there’s no way I could contact organisers and feedback is worse than headaches. Avoid.

DO NOT TRUST They allow organisers to sell tickets for events that never happen (I have tickets for an event supposedly on today after being postponed multiple times - but the location is still unknown!). They do not care if the event organiser is a fraud and refunds are not processed. Eventbrite should be fined for allowing fraudulent sellers use their site.

They have basically robbed me of €335. I booked tickets back in November 2022 for the 'Experience with Al Pacino LIVE' to be held in convention centre Dublin. The event was 'postponed' but never got a replacement date. I have been emailing them since August 2024 and they just keep saying that they are aiming to resolve it in a couple of weeks, one year on and still not a cent. There are even Facebook groups and forums dedicated to the nightmare people have had with this event and how they are still waiting on a refund. They are an absolute disgrace of a company. I will never use them again and I would highly recommend to anyone reading this to avoid using their services, trust me, you will regret it. It's a pity I have to select at least 1 star because they don't deserve one.

No customer support at all, I requested a refund for an event I'm not able to attend in proper time before the refund policy ends up and the organiser is not willing to send me the refund, but here the problem is Eventbrite that send the money directly to them instead of holding it in a screw account as all the marketplaces do to avoid this problem. I'll not use this app again for paid tickets, supper dissapointed.

Cant seem to contact eventbrite anywhere, only an AI chat bot. I need to contact a real person- I cant login to eventbrite as it says it is sending a code to my email which is never recieved, and in order to contact customer support, you need to login?

This is a business account and the customer service is extremely poor.

Ive actually made a new account, on purpose, to login to chat to customer support, and now it tells me I need to login, even though I am logged in. What a joke, Never using this again and they have lost our business for good.

Used the car park for the Iron Maiden concert in Dublin which unfortunately was managed by evntz to say it was a shit show would be putting it mildly over an hour and a half to get out of the car park a crowd of clowns standing around doing nothing instead of doing their job if I could give a rating of minus 5 I would

This is not a secure site to buy tickets. Organisers sell tickets, cancel events without giving notice or refund and Eventbrite will tell you they have no control over it. They tell you to contact the organizers and leave it to you to chase these scammers. There is no guarantee these sellers are genuine.

Ich habe eine Veranstaltung über evenbrite angeboten, habe das Geld aber bis heute nicht. Sie kriegen es seit Wochen nicht hin, den Fehler herauszufinden, warum das Geld nicht freigegeben wird, obwohl alle Angaben vorliegen.
Dafür werde ich aber zugesülzt mit überschwänglichen Entschuldigungen und Bekräftigungen, dass sie an meiner Seite stehen und dran arbeiten. Leider merke ich nichts davon und warte seit 6 Wochen auf das Geld.

Very, very bad experience, we have bought chocolate workshop tickets for Sunday 5th/01/25. But when we there, the shop was closed, we contacted the organizer, the organizer let us know, they have no information about we have book the workshop. I try to refund and Eventbrite refused to refund us. and I can not get contact with Eventbrite anymore, We have no ideas how to get our money back.

Someone was transferring tickets into my name and couldn’t. No way could I reach the event organiser and even worse again I couldn’t contact Eventbrite. I sent many messages on the contact us form and I heard nothing. They are the worst company to ever deal with!!! Do no waste your money on them as they do not deserve it due to the extremely poor customer service. Worst company yet

Purchased x2 tickets for Country Music Experience at The Town Hall Stoke on Trent. Show was good but did not receive T Shirts following the show which was part of the VIP Experience. Despite several emails no contact from the show organisers. Bordering on theft

Attempted to purchase tickets for a local concert. Tickets for individual events are hard to find, and took me about 15 minutes of messing around with the website to find them. For some reason, the location kept setting to Reading despite me not selecting this option. It works, however, not as well as others.

Useless website. You try and filter by a specific date and it STILL shows other days.

It seems that eventbrite has no idea of the geography of Ireland. Should you search for example What's on in Sligo? What comes up is nearly every other county surrounding Sligo and maybe 1 event in that county. Very annoying!
