I have spent the last few days at the ESL training centre, crossing over my Door Supervisor Physical Intervention and completing my Close Protection Physical Intervention Deliverers training. And, what a great experience. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. With very knowledgeable, experienced tutors. It was a pleasure to have had the opportunity to train with like minded trainers and an excellent training centre.

ESL have been utter professional’s in the way they have supported ex forces and serving personnel. They have collaborated with many Regiments to share their breadth of knowledge amongst service leavers and service personnel who want to broaden their qualification base utilising standard learning credits and enhanced learning credits. The training and delivery by Brent and Scott was excellent. They were were able to make a fairly boring subject interesting and informative.
Located in Darlington near the train station it was easy to find.
They showed their professionalism and extensive knowledge throughout but put me at ease at the same time by having a relaxed and calm attitude.

Completed the Level 3 Media Safety Advisors course with Brent. Certification and qualification processes the next day. Professional tutors with a strong background in the field of study provided an excellent learning environment. Will be looking at more courses in the near future. 10/10.

Absolute professionalism throughout, all learning was made simple and explained in a simple easy to understand way. The staff are really friendly, helpful and give support throughout the course and beyond.

I Completed the level 3 Close protection close, this is a pretty intense course, the team will definitely do their best to give you a realistic experience. This is definitely not an attendance course, you will have to be 100% committed to pass.

i have dyslexia and found some of the classroom work hard but Both scott and Brent made sure i had the confidence to pass my exams.

I just completed 2 courses with ESL as a few of the centres I deliver various SIA courses for use the ESL PI system. I found Brent and Scott so open and down to earth. I did the DS and CP PI courses to be able to deliver these for the centres. They both could not do enough to help myself and my colleague with how to explain and deliver thier system to my future students. I cannot thank them both enough to help me get through these courses, I have been teaching this subject for a couple of years, however their fresh approach and full understanding of the industry amd how what i have leant there is adaptable in the real world was great to see, especially as the industry has had a lot of bad publicity lately, its really good to see how they, and their team are striving to keep the quality amd standards of training high where it should be. ESL, provide top level instruction and pass on years of experience with realistic training. Unlike some courses I felt like I was being prepared to join an industry and not just pass a course. I would highly recommend this training provider

Recently did an upskill course with Brent, it was a really good informative course and will be implementing some of the skills that were shown to us, Brent was very helpful and made sure that everyone was involved with the whole course.

Recently completed my DS upskill course. A professional and well delivered. Brent gave a well constructed course that showed a keen interest in helping us gain the knowledge we need. Quality!

The training was expertly planned, extremely detailed and delivered in multiple real life scenarios. Each member of the team hold a wealth of experience which they are more than willing to pass on. I would highly recommend them.

Had a great time working with ESL, enjoyed learning the skills on and off live tasks. Balanced out classroom work and practical exercises well, while giving great information from personal experience also. Passed the course and all exams without any difficultly due to how the course is constructed by the staff. I would recommend ESL to anyone for their courses. I'll be going back to them to further my skills when needed.
