SCAM - cancelled order, no refund given and ignoring all communication- AVOID

I placed an order for a pair of trackie bottoms in May which has not been delivered. Despite the payment being taken, I have not received the item, nor have I been issued a refund.

I have attempted to contact customer service on multiple occasions, however I have not received any response. There has also been no communication regarding the status of my order or the delay.

At this stage, I am left with no clarity regarding either the fulfilment or refund of my purchase. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and resolution provided.

Bought 4 items 2 months ago and only 2 arrived at the beginning of this month. I contacted the company via email and they never replied. I’ve also contacted them on Instagram and they kept coming up with excuses until I asked them how long it will take or I’ll raise a case with PayPal where they ended up blocking me. So I raised a case with PayPal for the 2 items that never arrived. One of the items that did arrive wasn’t even as described and pictured on the website so I’d be careful buying from them as a dodgy Romanian guy called Daniel Popescu with a gmail address will take your money and deliver some terrible quality Chinese products. Not worth it.

This company is one big scam. You order a pair of trousers, you hear nothing more, no info, nothing. Trying to get in touch takes a very long time. No apology, and if you tell the truth, you get blocked. Terrible!!!!

Har kun modtaget halvdelen af min ordre efter mere en 3 ugers ventetid. Har skrevet flere gang efter den sidste del da mit trackinglink pludselig ikke virker mere. Det er så meget en scam virksomhed som snyder folk. Køb aldrig noget fra dem. Forventer ikke at se resten af ministre da det nu er over en måned siden jeg bestilte og jeg overhoved ikke får svar på nogen af mine henvendelser - hold jer langt væk fra dem

I’ve been waiting for order 2 weeks and still wasn’t send to me… had to wait few days to answer my message about cancel order and send money back.

Very disappointed with this company. The quality of the clothing was poor, with loose threads, poor stitching and items not matching the standard advertised.
Customer service was also very poor. My emails were frequently ignored, and it took multiple attempts to get a response. When I finally received a reply, I was told I would have to pay expensive international return costs despite the items being faulty and poor quality.
The company then offered me a 50% refund if I kept the items, which suggests they recognised there was an issue, yet they still refused to provide a full refund.
I am now pursuing the matter through Klarna. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to be cautious before ordering. SCAM COMPANY

Absolutely horrible company and avoid at all cost!!!do not buy anything from them as they refuse to answer on any email how to return items that are not like the description at all!!!
Been emailing them for a week and no reply.
They are clearly not going to so I lost over £50 buying from this horrible,non professional company.

Die Qualität ist absolut minderwertig auf Temu Niveau nur für viel mehr Geld. Die Lieferung kommt aus China , der Händler reagiert nicht als ich geschrieben habe damit die leggings schlechte Qualität haben und ich meine Bestellung wiederrufen will. Die Kosten für den Rückversand müsste man selbst übernehmen steht auf ihrer Webseite das steht in gar keinen Verhältnis zu dem Preis der Leggings. Also lieber Finger weg. Die Leggings kann man leider nur in den Müll werfen.
