Easy to use.
This app is always very easy to navigate around and easy to fill in any answers to required questions.
There are certain things on it that you need to sync with your own doctors surgery, but to order a prescription is easy and its recommended by my doctors too.

Couldn’t use the online pharmacy delivery once I’d confirmed details on online pharmacy and confirmed sent me back to Evergreen to redirect to online pharmacy so just going round in circles…useless!!!

I like that you can order prescriptions…
I like that you can order prescriptions online easily and effectively.
Don’t like that when you have put in all information to go to book an urgent appointment and get thrown out all of a sudden. You then try to do the booking process again and are now unable to select urgent appointment because it is not there anymore. This now means having your problem on hold another day to try and book. Very frustrating and time consuming.
