Great app. Not self explanatory to make an appt though. Unsure which options to choose and the many questions you have to complete arent relevant.

Abysmal App, Mostly Poor Staff
I'm not sure whether I'm supposed to be reviewing the Evergreen app itself or the staff who respond to queries sent using it, but either way, my response would be "1 star - abysmal".
The app is clunky, non-intuitive and not-fit-for-purpose.
- It turns operations which should be simple (such as simply getting a GP appointment, or submitting an enquiry about medication) into tricky, unreliable, frustrating or impossible chores;
- It fails to provide some things which would actually be useful (such as a "When is/are my Forthcoming Appointment(s)" section, or a "Dates of Past Appointments" summary in any practical, user-friendly form;
- It doesn't seem to separate notes intended for use between GPs and practice staff (understandably full of medical abbreviations, acronyms, terminology and typos) from communications intended for patients (which should be in standard, understandable English).
Some of the staff seem fine, but there have been so many mistakes and infuriating exchanges with them over the last few years, during which I've been struggling not just with physical health but also with mental health issues which made it hard to navigate situations that required any persistence. My mental health had now improved to the extent that I can and will be persistent in trying to get things improved, particularly for the benefit of those still struggling, but also for other users.
When I've registered problems, I've found that the Practice staff and the Evergreen staff claim it's the fault/responsibility of the others, with neither accepting accountability. I've even had BOTH denying that a particular named person who had been involved in an exchange between me and one of the two organisations worked for them, when it wasn't clear which of the two organisations had contacted me!
I'm not sure whether I'm just wasting my time typing feedback here. I've provided feedback directly to Evergreen on a few occasions, and rarely even recorded an acknowledgement, let alone a propet response, let alone seen signs that suggestions are actually taken on board.
