SCAM. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered a felt Christmas tree in early November. Received it in early January. Ordered shipping protection. Contacted company multiple times prior to Christmas and they were not helpful. They have not returned email to get return. Definitely a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMANY.

I would give a rating g of 0 stars if I could. I ordered a product as a Christmas present from this company 49 days ago and it still has not been received! Customer service STINKS! I've requested a full refund but have not received any response or a refund to date. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... IT'S A SCAM!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I placed an order on 11/20/25 and paid extra for shipping protection. As of 12/26/25 I have not received the order. I reached out multiple times to customer service only to be sent “your order is in transit”. I finally requested a full refund, twice. Nothing received order, or refund.

Scam - Item Never Arrived

Scam! I placed an order in early November and it’s the end of December and it still hasn’t arrived. Their customer service rep “Emily Watson” says it’s still in transit and apologizes for the delay by the carrier. I’ve asked for my money back several times, but “Emily” never addresses that in her replies.

Definitely a scam. Ordered a felt Christmas tree which never arrived. Attempted multiple times to contact company multiple ways and have never heard back from them. Very frustrated.

Would give 0 stars

Ordered the felt trees in November hoping to have it by Christmas day. Still nothing, link for package track is broken so I have no idea where my product is. Emailed the support email address and still havent heard a word from them. I would like my money back.

Don’t Be Fooled by their beautiful website.

Bad experience with this company! Be very leery about ordering from them. Early November 2025 placed an order for a felt wall Christmas tree for toddlers. Saw the ad on Facebook, checked out their website which looks so professional, but if I had looked a little deeper, I would have noted that there is no contact information about this company to be found…. No address, no phone number, no corporate office. After 16 days or so, when the toy had not arrived, I started trying to reach this company. My response was very vague messages back from customer service rep named “ Emily Watson” - who would apologize for the delay but no real action was ever taken. I ended up canceling my VISA card - of course they had already charged it but after I had looked at the reviews online and saw that this could be a scam, I disputed the charge with VISA. I did not do my homework on this company before I ordered from them. Their website looks beautiful, but it is not a company I want to do business with. The product ended up being delivered after about a month of waiting with no response / communication from company. Learn from my mistake and thoroughly check out a company before buying an online. Through this experience I learned to make sure they have a contact number and address and a corporate office registered. That is no guarantee, I know, but I won’t be fooled by a professional looking website again.

Ordered on November 17 and was told…

Ordered on November 17 and was told 8-12 business days and was told it was still coming. After the 20th of December requested a refund and it was given. Bad experience and for a product you need by Christmas they need to do better with shipping and communication.

Scammed Like Everyobe Else

I placed TWO orders November 14. Since November 24 they both show they are at a sorting center. It is December 20 and not one response since December 9 when I was told “ We have a small problem on our website and that's the reason why there is no movement on your order.
I spoke with my manager and your order is currently in the sorting facility.”

.If I had known before I placed the order that they were being imported, I’d never have ordered them. Need to shut this scam down now. .

Awesome!

Customer service was quick to respond when I reached out to check on delivery status. Once it arrived, I was SHOCKED at the ornaments! Big. Plentiful. ADORABLE! My 2 year old granddaughter has loved putting the ornaments on the tree, taking them off, putting them on, taking…….you get the idea.

Not Merry or Bright

I ordered a felt christmas tree and ornaments on 11/8, confident that it would arrive before Christmas. Well, Christmas is next week and I have yet to receive what I ordered. Everytime I email the Everized Support Team, they just say it is in transit. I have asked for a refund and they have not responded. At this point, it would probably be cheaper and faster for me to make my own felt christmas tree and ornaments.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! It's a waste of time and money.

Total scam

Total scam. Would prefer to give 0 stars. Ordered the felt tree on Nov 12 & the tracking has not been updated since December 4th & it's now Dec 18th. I keep emailing them & Emily Watson says it's on the way, but I know it's not!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! It is the same from all of the other reviews!

Read reviews first before buying

Absolutely frustrating!!! Ordered two felt trees on November 9, 2025. When I hadn't received them by the 29th I wrote a note stating my concern. On December 6, 2025, Emily Watson in Customer Service appologied for the delay and said my order would be received, "next week". Two weeks later, still no trees. I asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund, nothing!!! I am now going to my credit card company for assistance. Stay away unless you want no product, no communication and no refunds!

My order is a no-show

I placed my order for a felt Christmas tree on November 6. When I had no communication of any kind about my order by Dec. 2, I emailed customer support and was told by "Emily Watson, Customer Service Representative" that my order is "on track to be delivered". No date estimate.

It's now Dec. 17, and there has been no further communication, and I still don't have my order. I sent another email today asking for a refund, but I'm sure I won't receive a refund OR hear back from them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This company is a total scam. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering.

Lies about shipping time frame

I'm having the exact same issue everyone else is. I ordered on November 15th; shipping said 8-12 days. On the Everized site, the tracking information hasn't been updated since November 22nd. When I click the link for the Chinese shipping company they use, it hasn't been updated since December 9th. It's now the 17th. "8-12 days" has officially become a month. This company is a total scam. Maybe if they do anything for the 4th of July you might get it on time if you order today.

Oh, and customer service just says "my manager says your order is being sorted."

I am reading where so many other…

I am reading where so many other purchasers are experiencing the same run around with this company. My order has now been 'in transit' for 28 days with no indication of a delivery date. Very disappointing as I purchased this felt tree in early November assuming my grandkids would enjoy it throughout the Christmas holiday. It seems Everized is not interested in customer service, but simply our money. If I could give a zero star I would, and I do not recommend ordering anything from this company.
