I placed my order November 7th. I am still waiting...these come from Ireland. My order shows it is finally in the states (Greensboro). It arrived there the 6th of December and seems to be stuck there. I cannot give a review till I actually get them...certainly not the 5-7 day shipping posted!

I am at a pool all day on my feet walking and my feet were hurting every night when I got home from wearing tennis shoes. The sandals are so comfortable my feet feel so much better at night now . I will be buying more..

Hard to find kids shoes in wide sizes. I'm giving it5 stars just because of the hard to find "w" size in a quality shoe.

The product was falsely represented. The bra does not support at all. Fabric has flimsy and stretchy. The seams across the front protrude through your clothing. The bra cups (pads) were small and misplaced. Nothing about this bra was flattering. I asked for a full refund of $30, and was told $5 was the most allowed. The bra was even damp and had an odor in the package. Do not trust this company.

Terrible Company, automated response to complaints. Do not trust them, they are just taking your money in return for some questionable products. I managed to get my money back from Paypal eventually but only after some extensive photography and document collection, others have not been so lucky.

Like a lot others here, I'd give minus star if possible. Wished I'd read the reviews here before purchasing. I'm still waiting for my bra delivery after almost a month. Evri the courier company in the UK failed to deliver it. Turned out that in the invoice they got the address & postcode wrong!! I'm sure I didn't make the mistake as I always checked this detail. I can't edit it through the courier cause they wanted me to put in the stated postcode, which I don't know cause it's wrong. And just emailed the seller but got diverted to some link with chatbots I'm sure. Scam scam scam. I tried to cancel the order immediately after purchasing, got ignored too there. Seemed like they just wanted to take my money. Too bad I paid with debit card, so can't process it with the bank. I at least want to have the items ordered regardless of quality, to at least enjoy the product after having paid for them. Be ware others, learn from my mistake.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I so wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I order the 3 bras and went according to their size chart with my bra size.
First of all the bra material is very flimsy! These bras are too short from my shoulder to under my breast. They didn’t fit at all.
I contacted them and they had me take a picture of the barcode. Then they told me that they had sent the correct size. I told them that they didn’t fit and I would like a refund. They said it would cost too much for me to send them back and to give them to someone else! I told them I was willing to pay to ship them back for my refund. They told me I could not return them. I sent them

Merchandise not as advertised. It took a month to get my bras from China. I went back and forth with them and all they would say is here is the tracking number. When I got them, they are of low quality. Basically made of something like exercise band material. The bras were too small, especially the cups, despite being the size I ordered. I asked them for return information and they did not provide it. Disputed with credit card company, they sent a response showing a return policy (which I never received nor seen) that you had to contact them within 3 days (after waiting on them for a month!!) and send it back to China! Please do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company. Actual name is Gencenneral.

I bought these with the understanding that they could be returned if not satisfied. This product is pretty but there is no structure to the material, so they just hang, like wearing a costume. I paid through paypal thinking I would be protected for the purchase, well paypal rules in the sellers' favor, the answer from the company was to give them away, take too long to return, a 3.00 credit, this is junk, and I am so disappointed with paypal , lately they rule in the favor of the seller. So, buyer beware.

I would give them a negative review if possible. The bras I received were way too large. I tried, for weeks, to obtain an address to return them and could only get canned responses. This company is nothing but a fake to get your money and run.

£35 up the Swanee I would like to add to this review after at least 30 emails to there shambolick customer service they have offered me a refund of wait for it 3usd and can I sell bras to friends lol they are saying it will cost me more to send back to there warehouse in china . I have refused 3usd as I have pointed out to them they are saying each bra is worth only 1 usd . Avoid this company at all costs

I took advantage of the buy one and get 2 free. Company charged for three instead of one and on top of that I never received even one bra. Trying to contact customer service is a joke. Crickets as far as response! Working with PayPal to no avail.

AVOID at all costs. My mum was sucked in by Facebook advert for “comfy bras” when received was too small so started the refund process by asking for return address. Customer service replied quickly asking for the QR codes to check the items. Stated they check with the warehouse to say the correct items were sent so give away to friends. Quoted their return policy
“ We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, simply return it to our warehouse with your receipt of the product, and make sure the product is in new condition, then we will give you a full refund/exchange with no questions asked. Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item.”

Offered $3 for the inconvenience. Then said since the correct item was sent they wouldn’t refund! What a joke that was!

Started a PayPal dispute which unfortunately contacts the company first for a response which will probably be the same BS but I’m hoping to get somewhere!

If I could give them negative stars I would. It's a scam. Period. They state a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but refuse to refund or even tell you how to return items. The bras are cheaply made, don't come even close to the published measurements and customer service is abysmal. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I wasted money on a product I can't return or exchange - despite their "no questions asked" return policy. Avoid at all costs.

Even giving them one star is being generous. This company is fraudulent and there is no returns or refund policy in place.
Products advertised are taken from other well-known catalogues because the items are nowhere near the advertised pictures. I regret having fallen into the trap of ordering three pack bras. My 11-year-old granddaughter would do a better job producing a bra that would be wearable and good to look at. This company needs to be stopped from advertising and selling any products.
To add insult to the moneyI wasted, I am being offered $3 as compensation.

Fraudulent in that they charge shipping and taxes over and above what you agree to through paypal so my order ended up 46% more expensive that expected. Also the product is rubbish and certainly not true to size. I bought the 3 bras (the one that said last day of sale but weeks later are still on the same sale) and the cup size is nowhere near what it should be and the shoulder straps have the bottom band sitting at about nipple height so I don't know where they get their sizing from. Then when you try to contact them they have a robot that just cuts you off. I have good technical knowledge but after hours of fishing around their website and even googling I am yet to be able to find a customer service person, and in the FAQs their idea of what to do if the product is no good is "make it a gift for someone else" - sorry, but if it's no good I would not stake my reputation and insult my family or friends by palming these bras off onto them, especially since I can't think of an adult they would fit. And description says "push-up" but they are the complete opposite, being "flattening" since the cup is so small and straps so short. Plus that really doesn't help the fact that I was ripped off with extra charges without approval. I don't understand how a company like this is still allowed to operate through facebook. Oh the other thing about returns, they say nothing can be done without an order number and receipt but I was never given either of these! Not by email or with the parcel, yet when I type my email into their robot it finds my order instantly but says "oops you've already tried to contact us" and closes the chat!

The sizes on the bras are wrong. I ordered a DD/E and what I got isn't even an A cup. They refused to refund my money and Paypal was no help. Don't waste your money.

This company is so fraudulent in their advertising and products.
They billed me one price but charged me another $12.
They need to be ousted from FB.
Their products are low quality and their idea of refund is for you to give your bought item to someone else. What company does that?
