I drove a Ferrari and Lamborghini, I can’t remember the instructors names but both were very lovely people and had a great time out on track and a nice atmosphere around the area. Fantastic cars with a good selection, it’s a real privilege to be able to drive these cars so thank you for the creating the opportunity.

Amazing experience!!
Took my step-son for his 18th birthday to the Dunafold track - he absolutely loved it. From the moment we were picked up, we were greeted with a very happy member of the team and the experience was the same throughout. Everyone was engaging and greeted us with excitement and enthusiasm and it made the whole experience very very good. I will be booking to do one my self and would 100% recommend. Great day, could be better
What a great day, found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable, really enjoyed driving the cars would definitely do again... i have knocked 1 point off my score for the following two issues... it always bugs me that the experience is booked as a gift but doesn't cover insurances... so i get a gift that cost me to use, and the condition of the cars, you choose your dream cars to drive and when you get in them they are like a 20 year old taxi... warning lights everywhere, doors / windows / seat belts not working.. sort of take the shine off the experience...

Overpriced and disappointing 😞
I had a 3 car plus media pack Virgin Experience voucher for my birthday worth £150 but when I went to book with my local circuit at Dunsfold I was told they wouldn't take that voucher at the track and I would have to downgrade it for a 2 car voucher with no media package. I exchanged the voucher on virgin after much faffing and complaining. I booked the virgin voucher with everyman who then said I needed to pay £30 more because my local track was a special track. I had to pick standard older cars to drive as anything newer or more powerful would be another £70 - £100+ per car. Two days prior to the event Everyman rang me to say I needed to pay another £50 insurance excess waiver or risk £5000 in the event of an accident, even if someone else hits me. Why this isn't included in the voucher price is anyone's guess. So in the end we paid £230 to drive an old Ferrari 430 and ariel atom for 8laps/12 miles in about 12 minutes. On the day they were selling hot lap passenger rides in the ariel atom so there was a huge queue and they made me wait 80 minutes for my drive whilst they prioritised them. A completely disappointing experience which was not worth the money or my time, or the 2 hr round trip plus my diesel to get there. And after all our meticulous planning with drive times and selecting cars with specific time slots we still had a very tired and upset toddler who we had bought along with us for the experience after the unnecessary 80 minute wait which ruined his nap time.

Checked media before we left and it still didn’t work when we got home as footage was corrupt
I paid extra to have upgraded cars but they were still quite old models.
I paid for media for the 3 car rides and only one worked and nearly 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for the photographs to be sent via email. I paid nearly £500 for the VIP experience and the customer service is disgraceful. Would never go again and would not recommend. They are quick enough to take your money but won’t help to try and rectify their mistakes!

I have sent about 6 emails to the email you suggested already, and they finally replied. I have sent my SD card back to them as requested. All the apology for each and every complaint was,….

My wife paid for me to drive the shelby…
My wife paid for me to drive the shelby gt500 it broken down the day before the drive, so I got 2 hot laps in the atom which was very good.
I went to elvington to drive my dream car again and again the car was broken, totally disappointed because ive waited over a year to drive it. So I upgraded video and photo package and a extra 2 laps in the ferrari f458 gt2 which was brilliant, got the video package but still not recieved my photo package and this has been over 4 weeks and the 7-10 working days, phoned them up and promised I would have them in the next couple of day 2 weeks later still not got them.
Would I do it again no
The staff was good overall good just disappointed with the after care on what you pay for and don't get

Photo package never received
I’m leaving this review as a warning to anyone considering purchasing the photo package with Everyman Racing. My son attended his driving experience on 26th July, and we paid for the photos as part of the day. They were a huge part of the excitement for him.
For six weeks, I’ve been chasing Everyman Racing for the photos. Earlier today, I was told they were “in the final stages at the special data recovery service.” A few hours later, I was told they actually can’t be located at all. These two statements completely contradict each other, and I’m extremely concerned about the accuracy of the information I’ve been given.
The photo package is not a small extra, it’s a key part of the experience and something we paid for. My son is extremely upset, and the way this has been handled has completely taken the shine off what should have been a special day.
I’ve requested a refund and compensation for the incomplete experience, but the lack of transparency, the contradictory explanations, and the fact I’ve had to chase this for six weeks is unacceptable.
I strongly advise other customers to think twice before paying for the photo package, as there is clearly a serious issue with how these are managed.

It should be zero stars
It should be zero stars. We booked the Junior Driving experience for our 16y son. We arrived 40min before the time of the experience: a total confusion with disorganised queuing just for the registration. That's nothing compared to the total chaos after: lots of people gathered where the cars started the driving, with no support by the organiser. We were finally called nearly 2h after the scheduled start. The waiting area was equipped with a few chairs (not enough for the large amount of people waiting). The staff unable to cope with the number of people. On top of this, the cars were in pretty poor conditions and the instructors quite grumpy and irritated, making the whole experience a total failure. Do not book!

Poor customer service, battered old cars!
The cars I experienced were old and battered to the point they felt unsafe to drive. All rattles and bits hanging off. Do not buy the video package. Very poor quality for the money. One of the cars didn’t even record. As compensation on the day I was offered a lap in an Aerial Atom by a professional driver (£30) which I declined as it looked really unsafe. I filled out a form and have been chasing a refund or part refund for weeks only to be offered £5 when they were selling the film package for £55!
I’ve done many track experiences and there are some really good companies out there, unfortunately Everyman isn’t one of them. Take your money and poor customer service. Would recommend avoiding!

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever! Was given a voucher from my children. I rang to book it in and typically was upsold and paid extra but it was for the vehicles of my choice and time slot. I was told he had already put a alternatively vehicle in it would take 30 minutes before he could readjust the booking for what was agreed. A week or so later I received a pushes call from the same sales person trying to sell me the waver insurance. I asked about my booking as a follow up email wasn't sent. I got told that is my booking and thats it. I asked to speak to the manager who wasn't helpful and backed his employee. The call was left on the basis he will listen back to the call and go from there. I didn't receive a call so I called day's later to ask. I was told when asked about my call back from the caller ( MY MANAGER WOULDN'T LIE TO ME) this was pretty much at the start of the call. I got told I can have a refund and someone will get back to me with 2 hours. A few days laters I had a confirmation come through so I rang and asked what was going on. I was told my booking was in place so turned up to it rather then wasting my money. The staff were great on the day although the experience was a joke, pretty much driving around at snail pace in old worn out car's. From my own experience, I would absolutely not recommend Everyman experiences and hope this is picked up, reviewed and someone gets in touch with me.

Process was easy from the start. The drives in the Ferrari and Lamborghini were really fun and the expert staff were brilliant. My 11 year old enjoyed herself
My 11 year old daughter was the one driving, as a gift from her birthday. She really enjoyed the actual experience and the person supervising her made her feel at ease.
However, the car we had booked was not available, and they did not let us know in advance (they knew the night before), so we were given the option of choosing a different car or coming back another time. She chose a different car as we had travelled a long way, but it would have been nice to be informed ahead of our journey.
The attempts to upsell everything are irritating, especially given that we already had to pay extras just to get the day we wanted etc.
Overall, if money is no issue, I think it is a good experience.
