How is one expected to see if something fits without removing them from the original sealed bags?

If you had reached out to us via phone or email, we would have been happy to arrange a collection and either exchange the item for a bigger size or issue a refund. Please note, it is necessary to remove the item from the sealed bag to try it on. If it doesn’t fit, whether it’s too small or too big, you can return it as long as the original packaging is there and securely taped.

As I explained earlier, the manufacturers have changed the box size, which resulted in a few of the brands inside the box being different from what was originally expected. Unfortunately, we were not aware of these changes until we placed the order with our wholesalers.
At the time, we offered an alternative to address the issue. To avoid any future confusion, we have now updated the image, description, and pack size on our website accordingly.
