Order never arrived, I ordered last year, many, many, months ago. No response to my emails. Nothing. How do I get my money back is the big question?!

This is not a legitimate retailer operating in the Uk. They are based in China or Singapore. On 1.1.26 I purchased a universal heavy duty toilet seat bolt. It took 2 weeks to arrive and when I tried to fit it to the toilet seat the bolt was too short and did not fit. On several occasions, I have requested a refund but to date my money has not been refunded. The company try to fob you off with a 40% ; 50%. 70% Discount and keep the item, this is a ploy to occupy you whilst they block you from leaving a review on Evesburys website. I paid £13.99 for an item that was £3.99 on Amazon. Please avoid purchasing from this website. I thought it was legitimate it most definitely is not.

I ordered the Overa sink matt. Within two weeks tops, it's stained and unsightly. It can't be cleaned despite my efforts.
I have emailed customer services twice now advising if the issue and asking for a refund. I have not even received confirmation of the emails being received so far.
This is poor all round

I ordered a bag in 2 colours (couldn’t decide 😂)they were a good price too. Took a while to arrive, but my query about delivery was answered promptly.

I had no problems they let me know it would be later arriving than it said. I would use this company again

Well I did have a slight problem with my order. But the team helped me to solve the problem. They were polite, courteous and responded immediately to my query

I bought a small backpack from Evesbury which was exactly what I had been looking for for ages. It is small enough to carry around at shows etc but big enough to hold all my essentials. Well made and roomy with several compartments. Well worth the money. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as it took longer than expected to reach me.

Quility of items good delivery a bit to be desired thought product was comming from UK turns out came from China

Clips are great and just what I wanted. Only downside was parcel taking a while to arrive.

Items of good value & quality. Waited a bit for delivery but they were coming from America to be fair.

I have now received my new vacuum cleaner and it has up to now been very good. Suction is great and it picks everything up easily. It’s mounted on the wall and has lots of various tools so I am pleased with it. Pat

The hair clips took a while to arrive , but the did arrive and are good quality. Good value.

Do not buy from this company! I left a 1 star review on their website but they've not put it up.

I bought a flower arranger at half price which was still WAY too much for what (eventually) arrived. It was a tiny, cheap bit of plastic that you can buy anywhere else online for a 3rd of what I paid.

It took over a month to arrive. I had to send the same email 4 times to their customer service team to request a refund when it didn't arrive, then a few days later it finally arrived. Unfortunately, I've had to throw it away as it doesn't work.

So yeah...avoid!!

Paints look exactly like cheap mass produced ones.

I had a faulty item in my order and let the company know. They said they would send a replacement which they did, so I can't fault them except for the fact they do take a little while to respond. The end result was good.

Delivery took a while and the product arrived without instructions but it wasn’t urgent, I found a video and my new toilet seat fittings have worked very well! No more wobbly seat.

Very disappointed with the fluorescent water colours very small pallets and the little plastic case was half empty and the package was open when it arrived! Should have gone to hobbycraft!

I ordered a magnetic car phone holder and it took 12 days to arrive and unfortunately it does not stick to the dashboard. The returns process is also very confusing.

Product arrived in timely fashion- happy with product - a backpack handbag- colour as advertised - good quality product.
