£34.95 was taken out of my account for this dress in blue, I had neither an acknowledgment or notification of a delivery date!! THE DRESS SURPRISINGLY HAS NOT ARRIVED!!!!!!!

Beware. Returns are not possible
I ordered a dress. It took much longer than they said to arrive and I couldn't wear it for the occasion I wanted it for. I asked to return it within tgex14 day period and the response I got was this: "Hello, we're sorry to hear you would like to return the product. We would like to offer you a 25% discount so that you can keep the product at a lower price.
We would like to make it clear that returns are at your own expense and the return costs to China are high, in addition, many packages do not pass through customs in the end.
We would like to save you this hassle. Please let us know if you agree, thank you in advance" .
There was no indication that this was coming from China and that i would be unlikely to get my money back. The item was poor quality and I don't want to keep it so wanted a full refund as promised not a discount of 25%. I have had no response to my email rejecting 25% off. Please do not use this company. They are a complete rip off and their returns policy is meaningless
