Ring does not come close to living up to promise; and the customer service is the worst
I was very excited for the ring itself; it's a great concept, and a smartly designed ring; it's a beautiful design, and easy/comfortable to wear. I really wanted to love it, and for a little while, I really did. I've now had it for about 7 weeks, and when it works, it's great. However, buyer beware: the sleep tracking is utterly awful. It has me sleeping (on a daily basis) when I'm awake; and several occasions it hasn't recorded sleep data at all or doesn't record it fully. Most recently (and for me, this is a bigger issue), the battery life of the ring went from a few days to several hours, as in, I'm constantly being told to recharge my ring. That basically drives the convenience (and entire concept) of this product into the ground. But the last straw for me is the complete lack of customer service. They say they'll get back to you within 1-2 business days. They're lying. It took more than *one month* to get a response when I submitted a help request for the missing sleep tracking data; and the response was utterly useless. I'd love to say people should buy this ring because the idea behind it was brilliant; but the product (at least version 1.0) does not live up to the hype.
