I have been waiting for about three weeks for an order that was supposed to have arrived 5 days ago. At first I sent you an email and you told me that you would send me a tracking email to locate the order since you assured me that the order had already been sent. Up to now I have not received any email where I can locate the order and I have not received it at my home either. I need you to give me information about where my order is because I have not received it. I sent you a second email again a week ago and I am not receiving any other response from you, I even wrote to you on Instagram.
