We had on a memorable 10-day journey to Vietnam. Having booked in advance, we arrived just a day before Typhoon Yagi was set to make landfall in Hanoi. On our first day, we were warmly welcomed at the hotel by locals dressed in traditional áo dài, conical hats, and wooden puppets, which added a charming cultural touch. The morning visit to the incense village was smooth, blessed with sunshine that made for some stunning photos. In the afternoon, a sudden downpour caught us at the Train Street, but we still thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere despite the rain.

The next day, we made our way to Sapa, just as Typhoon Yagi began moving toward Vietnam’s coastline. Though we were over 400 kilometers from the coast, the rains still reached us. On our way back from Sapa, there was a landslide that temporarily blocked the road, but the local authorities swiftly cleared the way, allowing us to return to Hanoi without delay.

It was remarkable how, despite these challenges, our journey through Northern Vietnam remained smooth. The following day, we visited to Ninh Binh, and after that, we set sail on a cruise in Ha Long Bay. The southern destinations—Da Nang, Hoi An, Saigon, and the Mekong Delta—were unaffected by the storm. The weather was sunny, and everything ran smoothly as we continued our travels.

Vietnam is truly a place worth visiting, with its diverse and beautiful landscapes, unique local experiences, and warm-hearted people. A huge thanks to Eviva Tour Vietnam for arranging this trip and for being readily available to ensure our journey was safe and seamless. I’m beyond satisfied with the trip and highly recommend Eviva Tour Vietnam.

We used this agency to book a few tours, and flights. To apply vfor Vietnam visa we had to get a sponsor letter from a local Vietnamese travel agent. To qualify for sponsor letter you pay usd50 over and above actual visa cost, and you have to book tour with the agent.
We booked day tour, flights, and a one night/two day cruise Halong Bay, (bucket list of things to do)
Morning of our Halong bay trip we waited for our pick up, no show.I eventually phone Felisa at Evivatour,
she was half asleep, only to be told she booked wrong month, after doing all our bookings,well aware of our itinerary. As a service provider, dealing with clients that travel thousands of kilometers to visit their country, they should pay attention to detail. Our itinerary was given to us confirming all our travel plans , we paid for services and bookings. Warning bells should of rung at the beginning when we applied for our sponsor letter we requested multiple entry, and Evivatour got that wrong, only issued single entry. We had to run around days before we left to get the correct visa, new sponsor letter etc
Due to travel booking and itinerary we were unable to see Halong Bay..
As for Evivatour, the marketing/sales manager/director, they have never replied to my emails/messages.
Make of it what you will...but was rather disappointing, to say the least . For Eviva tour to be offering a service for tourists,organising itineraries ,knowing that there is limited time. They should be doing it Right.
Only few tour operator have a license to issue visa sponsor letters.
Think Evivatour licence should be reviewed and opportunity given to another agent that understands the importance of client service.
As for Halong Bay, looking at pictures and documentaries of my bucket list dream will have to suffice

Eviva tour planned our private 9 days 8 nights trip to Vietnam. Everything they planned worked perfectly from transfers to accommodations to tours. We start in Hanoi with a trip to Trang An, a tour of Hanoi with several sights in between. Halong bay overnight cruise was a highlight.

Our guide, Mr Long, was excellent. We then flew to Saigon on a very impressive Vietnam airline! We visited the Cu Chi tunnels, a must-see place. In addition, we had a tour of Saigon, a visit to Can Tho, a trip down the Mekong Delta for visiting locals and the floating market. Chaos abounds in Vietnam, but it is a country one should see if possible..

Today I would like to thank Eviva Tours. This is the second time this year I have been on tour with this agency. In 2018 the four of us have booked a 14-day round trip in the north of Vietnam, from Hanoi to Sapa and also to Halong Bay. Even the arrangement of the tour worked out wonderfully. And also on the spot everything went very well, special thanks to our guide Mr. Two, and also to the driver. The whole tour was so good that we have booked a 2 week tour through Laos in 2019 with 4 people. Also here everything worked very well again. All wishes and sensitivities are taken into consideration. Again, both guides and drivers were extremely helpful. I am pretty sure that I will book a third time here.

You had the best service ever. We enjoyed every day of our 15 days trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. We cannot thank Eviva Tour enough, for the great work they did to make sure that, we truly enjoy our stay in both places. We will recommend your service to anyone who would like to visit the two wonderful countries. The food, accommodation and service was excellent.

Eviva Tours organised a 8 day motobike ride from Ha Noi to Dien Bien Phu, that I undertook with a group for charity. It was organised seamlessly and everything was taken care of. It made the trip incredibly enjoyable, and the local tour guides were fantastic. They gave valuable insights into the local culture and life, and were always caring and supportive. They really made the trip exceptional. Thank you very much..
