seriously, use it daily
seriously, commit to using this app every morning and everthing will get better. in my self, i have detected mood stabilization, happiness seeking, more inclinced to exercise. it has to part of any personal health journey because it all starts with the mind. most people rightly focus on body but leave out diet and mind training.
This will supplement all personal health endevors as it has mine.

Just give it a try - you won't regret it
I was very sceptical about the technology, because I have tried everything to help slow my mind down to get to sleep at night, but surprisingly found myself drifting off to sleep and peaceful when I wore my earbuds. I am very happy with this app so far in my first month. Very fast customer service resolution when my account was charged twice (my mistake, not theirs).

I love Evolutioner
I love Evolutioner! The music is outstanding and I love that there is a different selection every day. After a session, I always feel so calm and serene. I do notice that I am sleeping better and have more energy and vitality during the day. A wonderful and innovative product.

Relaxation
I enjoy listening to Evolutioner before bedtime, in fact, sometimes fall asleep while listening to it. My sleep app says I'm sleeping better and believe Evolutioner is a part of the reason.

Sleeping more deeply ...
Very helpful customer service ... I've just finished the free week trial and my sleep has been very deep and peaceful. I've bought the lifetime access subscription so will give more feedback when I've used the programme for a few months. But so far so good!

I feel I get a real benefit from this
I feel I get a real benefit from this . I practice breathwork while listening..peace takes over and I have a sense of lightness ...as if almost floating. Makes a great meditation aid as well. If it's doing all the other things it scientifically claims ..bring it on

I love how this app makes me feel. Twelve minutes of calming bliss followed by a sense of rejuvenation. I look forward to my daily sessions. I believe this technology can help a lot of people.

Helps with sleep and energy levels
In my case, this app helped me with sleep. I was initially very sceptical, but that's what free trials are for.
I woke up feeling more rejuvenated. It was not an effect I was expecting but it helped me to have better levels of energy and concentration throughout the day.
