Great delivery service, great products

I'm always nervous about buying big purchases, but relieved with prompt response to my query regarding length of time it would take to dispatch for delivery.
Response exceeded my expectation and it was delivered within anticipated timeframe.
Received treadmill within the week from order date.
The delivery window was the entire day but was told if I called on the morning of schedule delivery date, they should be able to provide a much closer time. Which I did, and the delivery time, again was pretty accurate. Need to be somewhat forgiving in Melbourne traffic.
It was clear what was in/out of the delivery service.
Lucky for me the set up was in the garage, so the delivery driver was more than happy to pull the treadmill into the garage.
The product itself (Lifespan Boost 2) was very easy for me (40yo female) to assemble myself! Bit of effort to push/pull the treadmill into its actual spot.
Would recommend buying any heavy/significant equipment from Evolution Fitness,

The table is all you said it would be. It took quite a while to be delivered but that was due to it being out of stock in Australia. You kept me informed which is great. Thank you

For the past 20 years I have been buying all my gym equipment from the owner/s of Evolution Fitness, they are the most honest people in the industry, they have always been there to help with there undisputed knowledge, pricing and ease of purchase. For 7 years of this time I owned a commercial gym and I never went anywhere else for the equipment.
Absolutely hands down the best place to deal with.

The staff members are brilliant and loyal with an excellent knowledge of the equipment that I brought for my partner. I had no knowledge of it and they guided me through it even they offered to deliver and put together for me.
Luckily my partner put it together with the instructions they given to us and he’s happy with his gift from me. Thank you!!

Had to wait 2 months for it to be delivered which I understand, since i ordered it around Christmas time, but when they did send my order they delivered a treadmill which made me have to wait a another week for the item I ordered but accidents happen

I was told my order would be shipped straight away, so I placed my order on 04/12 and it is currently 24/01 and I still haven’t received it! I keep asking for updates and either no one will reply to me or they tell me it’s been shipped, or they will get back to me, and they never do. I’m pretty sure I’ve just been scammed out of almost $3000! Worst experience ever!!!!

Have been a client for years, the recommendations are always on spot for equipment and accessories. The knowledge and customer support are well above standard, the line of Apollon supplements available are unique and tremendous quality. I can’t say enough of my experience as a customer, highly recommended!

Great customer service. I was given a great opportunity to discuss my needs, not only with my fitness goals, but also with equipment options to reach those goals also.
Lots of options to chose from and the after sales servicing was prompt and installation was communicated with install staff making the experience unique in itself.
