Session was useful but not able to…
Session was useful but not able to continue regularly, need more practice to get or to know the full benefits. Got more clarification about how our body works and what helps to take care of it, also able to know about the brain and it's function. Difference between mind and thoughts were able to realize.

Hand reflexology.

The hand reflexology was very relaxing and concentration was more after sometime when I started focusing on the pulse on my fingertips. I could feel bloating and contraction of fingertios to the rhythm of pulse. Was a soothing exercise.

I am very happy about the Mindfulness session which gives me a good health mentally and also physically. All the practices was excellent which gives as a immense relaxation. Mindful eating is one of the good exercises but very difficult to practice. I am trying it regularly definitely I will achieve it in one day.

I had a good time viewing and doing the tasks given. There were times where I have felt it to be a burden added to the existing burdens. As time went on and when I really started practicing, I felt good. Even though I was very sincere in doing the tasks and writing the reflections, I have a feeling that I am being consciously ignored. Any how I am learning all these for my own betterment and I don't care about that.

This session has made me to realize my real me. I'm such a wonderful and loveable soul to my family and society. I feel great ful for who I am now. I strongly assure that I will spread the same energy, enthusiasm and smile wherever whenever and whomever possible.

My mindfulness journey
The journey with mentor U was really awesome .Its a journey of introspection. I could enhance myself physically and psychologically. The practices and breathing exercises were really helpful to relieve stress.

Each and every session has made a major transformation in my life. When I turn back my 2020 January and 2021 January entirely different. I have learnt and empowered myself to be a better facilitator and bring the best out of each and every children. At last the children have to enjoy learning that's our motto. This mentor u is making us to learn the different perspectives and how to teach children in a better way and to enhance them.Mindful breathing has made me calm and do all my work to do better. Observing mind has made me analyse and understand things better. Mindful gratitude is the best of all because it has made me more human and being grateful has been felt to it's core. It also made me teach children in a more grateful way.Children listen to us even though sometimes we bore them Being thankful to them is a great way of learning and teaching better. A course that will open your mind and heart. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt so much about Mindfulness and how I want to incorporate it into my daily life. It is such a useful and a practical course. Iam thankful and eager to keep practicing.
