I was enrolled 2 weeks before my employment and welcome email came too late for pop out.
Transfer of funds took enormously long with doubtful responses like one email all good for transfer and after couple of minutes again email that missing some documents.
One of the emails said: we can not transfer the funds as working from home!

If I could give zero stars I would.You fobbed me off for months while I watched my pension pot loose thousands.Only after a threat of the ombudsman did I finally get MY money transferred elsewhere utter shambles. Also the two glowing reports on here are bods that work for you

Dealt with a lady on the phone who explained what was needed and helped me complete the process, since then have contacted evolve pension by phone and each time they have helped me quickly and efficiently.

Very slow clients services and communications. I work in the finance industry and this must be one of the worst experiences I have had. Needed information for my tax return which I missed as no one got back to me. Fund selection is very limited. My old company who were clueless too selected Evolve so not my choice, but glad to have moved away from them.

Decent website but frustrating to work with. Completely failed to transfer in my old work pension in the 8 months I was with them with them which seems way below average.

I am utterly disappointed with the last year’s results, I have a similar frozen pension with another company which instead of going down several thousands of pounds it increased by several thousands of pounds,I will be looking to move my account with evolve.
