I gave 1 star as I have had absolutely no contact with this company whatsoever beyond the regular monthly email they send which tends also to be irrelevant to my daily life. these emails seem to be very generic and not aimed at me personally. I am almost certain that I will not live to collect this pension, and as I have, as far as I am aware, not made any contributions to this pension in the past 25 years or so, and so I do not care. I am asked to rate my experience... my experience of what? This is utter nonsense.

Our newsletters are to our whole membership and therefore may sometimes contain information that may not be relevant to you, however if there are specific topics you would like more information on we are always open to feedback.

I’ve not contributed to this pension for years I’ve been trying to get in contact with you on numerous occasions but to no avail. Please can you give me some information so I can combine this with my new pension. I need you to contact me regarding this matter.
