Very slow to respond. Also the COAs are not publicly posted in any batch specific proof. Theres no independent verification at all. I barely got responses about my order and other follow up questions.

Your website seems to respond slower than typical to computer inputs. Sometimes even times me out and I have to relaunch website and start over.
Also having trouble completing orders. Keep getting message that something went wrong and order Failed.
Have sent two different messages to Customer support with no responses. Can't seem to find a telephone # to call.
