I would not waste your money with Evolve. They are quick to take your money, then disappear. For a week I was told my order was late because of MLK day and winter storms. After 3 weeks of me contacting them about my order, I was informed they no longer can get the medication and my order was canceled. I asked for a refund, and they will not refund me the full amount, just a credit to my account. (I spent $450 on two medications) I should have been issued a refund when the order was cancelled, 3 weeks ago! I had to follow up with them 5 times for anyone to look in it. Horrible service. Waste of money!

Evolve is everything I was looking for! Everyone is so helpful and kind - from my first call asking questions to my patient care coordinator and doctor, each experience has been amazing. They are very responsive, and actually listen, unlike my OB/GYN. My emails are answered promptly and my appointments don't feel rushed. 10/10, I highly recommend Evolve.

Before I reached out to this company I lost 30 pounds from being sick along with hairloss. They set me on the correct path with the right medication and 1 year later my hair is completely full and went from the weight of 156 to 206 at 8 percent body fat! My body was brought back up far past my original prime! Definitely have me as a happy satisfied customer!

Have been with Evolve for 4 years and have enjoyed having options for many health care needs! You get nice people who are educated and are very knowledgeable about what they have to offer for what you are wanting or needing for your health goals! I recommend them as I have tried other companies like this and Evolve seems to be ahead tech wise by far! The only negative is that the pharmacy has had to change and some products are either out or they don’t carry some top items! I think they’ve got it figured out at this point!

My experience with Evolve Telemed has been excellent from day 1. All of my orders have consistently been on time and any changes that needed to be made were easy to communicate with my coordinator. Most important to me though, the physician I was working with for my care has been very good at explaining the logic behind each move we've made.

I'm used to 5 minutes of my doctor's time, and addressing only based on some set threshold, regardless of actual symptoms or the bigger picture. I've seen more progress in my health in the last year than in my previous 5 years trying on my own with my regular GP.

I focused first on finding a path to fight the very large weight gain that felt like it came out of nowhere. What I loved is that my doctor didn’t just focus on that - but the WHY behind it. He tested many things and found an actual cause - my thyroid. I chatted about it with my GP and she said she wouldn’t treat me since it doesn’t meet the “official” threshold, but she was fine with me treating my symptoms. I’m so disappointed with these “official” thresholds, because it drastically improved how I feel.

I have been with EVOLVE for about 2 years now. The service has been far superior than other doctors I've visited. I move alot for work so having the virtual calls makes it easier.
Specifically I have been working with Dr. Keith Starwalt. He has been the best. Very thorough when going over options and his team is really quick at getting me answers and support. Most importantly since starting with EVOLVE my health has greatly improved and my blood markers are looking the best.
