Got my ratan furniture from Amazon. One of the cushions blew away in high winds. Contacted them directly and they were amazing. Rather than having to replace the full cushion set they kindly offer... Ver más

Very happy, my patio set arrived as scheduled however the glass to the table arrived shattered. Evre were quick to sort it out and sent out a replacement piece of glass. Really happy with my patio set... Ver más

No problems ordering from yourselves. Delivery is a different matter as it was delayed and not delivered on time but that isn't your fault

Evre Bali Day Bed Canopy

I purchased the Evre Bali day bed a number of years ago and the canopy and cushion covers had weathered over time. I contacted Evre about replacement canopy and cushion covers and the service was great. Ian took the time to confirm my requirements and liaised with the factory to ensure they could accommodate my request. The cost was reasonable, delivery was quick and has given the day bed a new lease of life.

Comfy chairs

Very happy with delivery and ease of assembling the chairs.
Comfortable chairs, but fabric is easily marked, eg fingerprints.

Products never arrived, wouldn’t refund

Purchased via B&Q. Never arrived after 18 days & said it was with DPD (they had no record of receiving parcels). Trying to contact them via B&Q website was frustrating. There is no number to call Evre just a web form on the B&Q email order. Takes 48-72 hours to get a reply. B&Q aren’t interested, it’s a marketplace seller so functions like eBay but less consumer protections. Asked for refund a few times & spoke to the bank in the end to get chargeback on credit card. B&Q told Evre to refund us eventually. Too much hassle & going by similar reviews one to avoid.

I bought a daybed

I bought a daybed - with a discount code, it’s really great! Highly recommended. Assembling the daybed was the difficult part, but once done it’s stunning. Evre kept me updated throughout, from placing the order to next day free delivery! Excellent service- Thank you!!!

My wife bought small ratten garden…

My wife bought small ratten garden furniture chairs and table. For one the ratten pattern was all wrong was not straight sent pictures to evre they said that is how it is ment to be (seconds) then they turned round and said if you give another £45 they would send another 2 chairs these were the same as the others but damaged as well ratten was broke
Emailed and phoned alot of times then they said will sent parts out to replace the broken parts guess what they never turned up tried with b&q to resolved guess what dont want to know do not buy from this company cowboys trying for refund but still waiting

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered a garden furniture set and they decided to instruct dpd to take it to a co-op so I can pick it up. After telling them this isn’t possible they then emailed to tell me dpd would deliver it to my house. On the day of delivery I checked the tracking and they have decided to send it back to EVRE without telling me why. I ring EVRE and shock horror lines engaged constantly. Avoid at ALL costs!!!!

excellet customer service

Hello, i was searching for a recliner chair, i searched many websites and many leading stores. I contacted all, they all had 24 hours time frame to reply, except for EVRE, who answered my call immediately and also via whats app. I placed my order on Monday , which was a bank holiday and to my surprise I received it within 24 hours.i would like to thank RAHUL and KIRAN who assured that despite being a bank holiday, they would try their best to deliver the product the next day, and yes , they maintained EVRE’s policy of next day delivery.
The recliner chair came well packed and was very easy to assemble. The best part of the chair is that it has a lever ,easy to function the reclining positions unlike the other chairs which had to be pushed back manually.
Totally satisfied with my purchase.

Wish I could give zero stars
Bought bbq from amazon (evre24) for over 200£ one box arrived the other one never arrived. Unable to communicate with them and money never given back plus bbq never redelivered - literally at a loss on what to do- it’s been over one month

Useless company

Useless company. Promised 24 delivery then missing 2 boxes. Phoned and told various lies about DpD not delivering ( I know the DpD driver) this went on for days until I cancelled the order. They then tried to get me to pay courier cost .. buyer beware

Do not buy Evre furniture

Bought a Milan corner sofa and dining table. That came in a wrongly labelled box (Malibu set), 2 boxes not the 3 which I was told to expect. Like the other purchaser this caused loads of confusion. Was told it was a misprinted error on the box. Having checked some of the pieces of the sofa they are not even welded together properly. It's not fit for purpose for sitting on. It will break in no time! I have requested collection and refund and now they are choosing not to respond to me and B&Q are saying I need to wait 48 hours. Why!! You didn't need to wait 48 hours to take £700 pounds out of my account. I want this sorting, customer service from Evre and B&Q is a joke. Selling faulty not fit for purpose items and then doing little to rectify it!!!

Update its now July 2025 and I have just received an email from Trustpilot saying that Evre want additional details from me and if I don't give them they class my review as not genuine! Are you joking! It's over a year ago, so why are you Evre wanting additional details now? You caused me nothing but stress at the time, it took ages for you to collect the faulty items and then give my refund. Back and forth through web chat having to justify why I wasn't happy with faulty garden furniture that wasn't even welled together properly!!! You are clearly trying to get some of the negative reviews removed, as you have so many as a company. Instead of spending your time trying to dismiss the poor service your customers have received, you should be spending your time making sure that you sell items which are fit for purpose and improve your customer service!

DO NOT buy from EVRE

I bought an EVRE Nero Rattan garden furniture set from B&Q online. It was delivered by EVRE but the box had the name of a different model of furniture so I didn't open it and called B&Q. They asked me to contact the furniture provider - EVRE - which I did (through B&Q website). The provider EVRE told me that I was wrong and I should open the box and check as it was a Nero set. I opened the box and the item was not the correct item. I contacted EVRE again. They asked me to take photos of the furniture set so they could "better understand our products". I refused to do this as wasn't prepared to unpack and put a furniture set together, to take photos then dismantle it and repack it. In reply to this they told me that it was my responsibility to take the 38kg box to a B&Q store if I want to return it and that fees would be applied once it was assessed at their warehouse due to being opened. I refused to take it as it was not my responsibility and B&Q have a maximum item size for returns. EVRE have now mailed me to say that if I don't want it (I don't, I want the item I ordered and paid for) I need to return it and they won't replace it with the item I ordered and that I would first be refunded minus costs and then I would have to buy again by ordering from B&Q (the item has now been increased by £20 on the B&Q website).

I have called B&Q and they are no help whatsoever as they are an "intermediary" only and are not responsible for the items - even though I ordered from them and the payment was made to B&Q.

I'm completely blown away by the atrocious customer services and am now going through Citizen's Advice and Trading Standards as it's clear that both Evre and B&Q are hoping customers just go away and accept terrible customer service.
