Misleading information throughout.
I am a Trustee (referred to as Director by C.H.) for an older people's organisation. Having to verify ID is a nightmare, having no Passport or driving licence. At almost 78 years I was advised by contact centre to buy a provisional DL - no. State Pension will now allow for a Passport purely to verify. Website misleading regarding ID, conflicting info by staff at C.H. Having made 18 phone calls in a week re trying to resolve including being taken through the process for no ID, security questions failed - C.H. say N.I. probably wrong (No.) bank account name (no) - "sorry nothing else you can do but buy a Passport"/"buy a Pass Card from Post Office and take to a Solicitor to verify". Final insult - "you will have to resign then".
