Excitel is the worst ISP ever.

Excitel is the worst ISP ever. Their customer service is s joke. They claim to fix the bad reception within hours, but my wifi has been down for 3 days now. Hope no one chooses Excitel. Pathetic service.

Very bad experience with Excitel.

I have been using their service for the last 6 months and facing continuous internet issues. I made a mistake by taking a 1-year plan, and now I feel completely stuck.

Every month there are multiple problems, and even after raising complaints many times, no proper solution is given.

Local line support is also not helpful, and the network/server performance is very poor. This has seriously affected my work.

Not recommended at all.

Waste of money

Waste of money, it was my first wifi to be installed at my home. I didn't read the reviews of Excitel fiber(biggest mistake of my life) they said to have 50mbps at that time (I am not sure) while I was getting 5mbps I told them why was that happening they said it will always be like that I was gonna sue them but I said you know what? It's good atleast with 5mbps I can do my work BUT now I have 10kbps,net spike, disconnection,game lag,etc and I can't do coustomer service because they don't do sh!t

4 Days No Internet | Ticket #4881012

Internet not working since 30th March – 4+ days and still unresolved.

Engineer visit was a joke: “fixed” the modem by taping the power button and closed the ticket. Had to reopen the same day. No response for 2 days.

Same technician returned, was rude and argumentative, took the modem promising replacement, and never came back. On follow-up said, “I have other work too, not only your work.”

Customer care escalations have done nothing. Getting false updates that I was “contacted” , it’s just the same problematic technician calling again.

Excitel is blaming their partner (RK Infotech) , but that’s not the customer’s problem.

Worst service experience. Zero accountability. Avoid.

1/5 Stars – Absolute Disaster: 7 Days No Internet, Zero Support (Ticket #75865434)

Excitel delivered a completely sucked-up service experience. My broadband failed on March 19, 2026 – 7 days of ZERO connectivity, crippling my business operations. Ticket #75865434 remains open with NO action despite daily follow-ups.

Customer support? Non-existent. Endless false promises: "Ground team en route" (never came), "Escalated internally" (no updates). Their refund denial for prepaid service is a joke – TRAI regulations demand better.

Country Head email ignored the outage facts. This isn't service; it's negligence causing real financial losses. Avoid Excitel at all costs – unreliable network, unresponsive team. Demanding full refund and termination. Do your business a favor: choose anyone else!

Pathetic Customer service

My Router restarts frequently every 20-30 mins. I raised the complaint on 16-Feb-2026 and have followed up nearly 15 times to their customer support and till now there's no resolution provided. As of today 17-Mar-2026 its been 30 days. Pathetic service.

Last 15 days my excitel router is not working and payed six months advance, they are not giving refund back nor changing the router, I am only calling them, every time saying give some time, never ever take excitel connection worst experience no solution pathetic customer care.

EXCITEL is of the worst service.

EXCITEL is one of the worst service.
I keep facing issues with Wifi and whenever the ticket is raised they say. it will be resolved and later on the next day ticket is solved and they we have worked with backend team. And none of tech person had visited the house. Guys make sure you choose the right Broadband.

Please guys Excitel ka connection galti se bhi mat lena ,bhut bhut gatiya service hai .new connection ke liye ground team same day aa jayegi,per complain agar hai tho one week se jada lag jata hai koi sahi ni karta .. customer care wale sirf aaj kal karte hai.kiai ko koi matlab ni hai aur na he refund karte hai .mat lena guys

No internet service for last 2 days

No internet service for last 2 days. No one seems serious. Customer service care is completely casual with switch on or off mode only. No ownership, No proactive approach, No effort seems to restore internet service except extending validity period.

Extremely Disappointed with Excitel

Extremely Disappointed with Excitel. I subscribed to the 400Mbps Cable Cutter annual plan on January 19, 2026, based on clear assurances from the sales representative, that it included 400 Mbps speed, ad-free OTT streaming, and 4K quality. However, after activation, I am receiving only around 200 Mbps and the OTT services contain advertisements, directly contradicting what was promised during the sale. Customer care confirmed that ads are included and offered no resolution, and the sales representative has been unresponsive to multiple calls and messages. This is a clear case of misrepresentation to secure a sale. I have demanded a full refund and cancellation of the service. Extremely poor service, false commitments, zero accountability — don’t waste your money. Highly not recommended.

⭐ Very Poor Service – Not Recommended (Jaipur)

I am extremely disappointed with Exitel Internet’s service. My internet connection has not been working properly for a long time. I have called customer care multiple times, but the provider is highly unprofessional and often does not pick up calls.

I raised a complaint ticket, and even after 30 days, my request is still pending with no proper resolution. There is no follow-up, no accountability, and no clear communication from their side.

I am paying for a 200 Mbps plan, but the actual speed I receive is barely 40 Mbps, which is unacceptable. This is clear false commitment and poor service quality.

Overall, Exitel has wasted my time and money. Their customer support is very weak, and the service reliability is extremely poor.

❌ I strongly do NOT recommend Exitel Internet, especially in Jaipur. Please think twice before taking this connection.

Very poor and pathetic service they even don't care about what issues your are facing,connevity losses multiple time no internet service, no agent will pick your call. I suggest don't ever get service from Excitel in any city.

Pathetic services from this service provider.
Even after 48 hours no resolution to the issue raised and the heights is that the ticket which I raised was resolved without a technician's visit.
Issue - no internet connectivity even after 48 hours.
My second complaint for the same issue in the past 10 days.
