TRNDS LTD

Having placed an order for next day special delivery, I had reached out to customer services about the importance of the order arriving by 1pm next day. Exclusivetrnds had assured me they would do their part, which they did.

Royal Mail however let us both down and failed to pick up the order.

James from exclusivetrnds was immediately on it, notifying me first thing in the morning and rectifying the order and coming to a solution together.

I couldn’t be more happier with this shop; the genuine item was packaged well in recyclable packaging, and I look forward to shopping with them again.

10/10 very good

James went above & beyond to help out with a issue on my order , all was sorted , I received the trainers in super quick time . Thank you James for helping me out, really appreciated everything you did . Highly recommended

Super fast. Super smooth!

I recently ordered 3 pairs of jordan 4s and some jordan 1s high from TRNDS on Tiktok and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The variety of trainers they have on offer is impressive, with all the latest releases as well as some exclusive models that you won’t find elsewhere
.

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions about sizing, fit, and the best options for my needs. They also made sure I was comfortable and took the time to show me different styles that matched what I was looking for.

The buying procedure is elite ,clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision while i was on there live asking questions, and the checkout process was quick and seamless.

If you’re looking for top-tier sneakers and a great shopping experience, I highly recommend checking out TRNDS on tiktok and there website. They really go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy with your purchase! They are really good lads that will sort you out .thank you guys 👍

Excellent service - love my Uggs. (I have been trying to get hold of a pair for ages but they are out of stock in all main retailers.)
Thanks for being so helpful prior to purchasing! Super fast delivery too. Would definitely recommend. Thanks so much!

I wanted to surprise my husband for Christmas with a bespoke rare pair of trainers I’d seen whist on holiday abroad and couldn’t find them anywhere! James at Trnds was absolutely amazing!! They sourced them and delivered them all within a very short time scale. The price was excellent too.
10/10 customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Perfect service, received the sneakers within 24h and didn’t even pay for next day delivery!

Thanks!

Really helpful and supportive.

They have sourced several items for me time and time again. They make you feel good as a customer.

Stumbled upon TRNDS on a TIKTOK live and Im so happy I did. I ended up visiting the store and met the owners what great lads. They have such great knowledge and answered all my questions. I ended up buying a couple of pairs of trainers and a gorgeous sweatshirt. My Son was over the moon and I’ve promised I’ll bring him along on my next visit. Outstanding! Would highly recommend!

Amazing customer service, the guys are so down to earth and are always there to answer any questions. Delivery is also quick if you can’t purchase in store!

Great company that always goes the extra mile!

Pleasure doing business with them as always!

Fantastic experience with great staff and competitive prices. Also had some pairs which you really do not see too often. Can not recommend enough

I have been into store a number of times and have always had the best experience, you are always made to feel welcome and the expertise they offer is amazing.
Will always been my first point of call.

We have always used TRNDS for our family’s trainers and couldn’t speak highly enough of the service Jamie & James have always given us! Will always use them

So happy with the trainers I brought ! I haven’t seen them anywhere else ! Will definitely be returning xxx

I've enjoyed the 'TRNDS' website and subscribed to their YouTube channel which is often good fun as well as informative. In store is always a great experience and if what you are looking for isn't in stock James or Jamie will do their best to source the trainers or bespoke clothing required.

Amazing store with a wide variety of trainers. Jamie and James, the owners, were great answering my questions and I picked up a pair I had my eye on for ages at a great price!

Fantastic shop with loads of choices to choose from.
Found pairs that you dont see available anywhere else. The staff where extremely helpful and polite. They also told me that if there was something I personally wanted and wasnt available in store they could source that particular item for me.
Would highly recommend to all. 10/10 across the board.
