I ordered a Marcy leverage gym + leg and preacher curl extensions. This came with a free 60kg set of cast iron Olympic weights. The price of the machine was £100 to £200 less than other retailers. Ordered Thursday, arrived the following Tuesday. All well packaged. Very impressive. Delivery company were also excellent.

Item finally turned up! Apparently the courier managed to lose a huge 50kg box with an elliptical cross trainer in it...
My shipment was supposed to be delivered on the 9th but it was rescheduled, then the 13th but was rescheduled again, then the 15th but wasn't delivered now nobody will respond.
I will be getting my money back and reporting to the appropriate authority.

Multigym ‘misplaced’?!
Ordered a Marcy Multigym from this company in August. Initially processed fairly quickly and received a dispatch email. Date was set for delivery by DX Freight. On the morning of delivery, I received a text saying the delivery had been cancelled. On speaking to DX Freight they advised me that they had not received the order from Exercise. DX Freight arranged another delivery slot for the following week. Took a second day off of work to wait for the delivery. Delivery window came and went. As I had been previously let down with no delivery, I contacted DX Freight to ask them if they were still delivering. They advised me that no they were not still delivering, and that they had not received the multigym from Exercise. It was at this point that I called Exercise. I was told that the multigym had been ‘misplaced’ and that they needed me to allow them 3 days to look for it. At this point, I told them that if it wasn’t found then I wanted a refund. On the 3rd day I contacted Exercise for an update. 15 minutes before they close for the weekend, I receive an email asking me if I will give them more time to look for the gym or do I want a refund. I immediately replied that I wanted a refund, but of course that will now not be actioned to at least Monday. If I do not receive a refund on Monday then I will have to speak to my bank about a chargeback. The whole experience with Exercise has been poor and I am extremely disappointed.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company. Emailed their customer service a couple of times about delivery and a finance query and both answered straightaway. They organised delivery on a day that I requested and the item I ordered was the lowest price online and great quality. Delivery company was DX and they were great too.

Bought Marcy Eclipse HG5000 Deluxe Home…
Bought Marcy Eclipse HG5000 Deluxe Home Multi Gym for £499 was much cheaper than everywhere else, it arrived well packaged and on time, carrier phoned the day before delivery to confirm, the multi gym is now all setup and is good quality without any issues.

Great prices, great kit and superb service
Can’t recommend exercise.Co.uk highly enough. We ordered a multi gym after Christmas at an unbeatable price. Delivered within 2 days despite the holiday period and a fantastic bit of kit. There was one part that was faulty (manufacturer- not exercise.Co.uk fault) and it was replaced immediately with no questions asked.

I purchased Marcy HG3000 multigym
I purchased Marcy HG3000 multigym. Ontime Delivery, immediate response via email from their support team. Equipment recieved was as it was seen in the pictures and no damage. Although it will be useful to caution buyers that assembly can take 5-6 hours. I have been using it for 2 weeks and didn't face any issues.

Damaged goods, poor customer service
I ordered a large multi gym, spending quite a large sum of money in the process for "brand new" equipment. Unfortunately what arrived was not in any way, shape or form "brand new". Metal bars that looked like they'd been battered with a sledgehammer, others that had rusted all the way down the thread of the bars where connections are meant to be made, making it impossible to assemble.
When contacted about this, they insinuated the damage was due to the courier and my location, but rusted bars do not form overnight, they take months. It's clear these "brand new" items are not brand new at all, are clearly stored and wrapped poorly, leading to sub standard goods being shipped. When I mentioned this, I was told all parts are checked before they're shipped.
So they either lie to you about this, or knowingly send out goods of a sub standard quality. Either way, its very poor. I explained I do not have time to sit around my house, taking unpaid leave from my job, to wait for couriers to show up with goods that may not even be brand new or in a sellable condition. No other options were provided for me.
Poor standards of customer service. The only thing they did do was reply reasonably quickly to my emails, but that's literally it. The multigym is now being returned and they've cost themselves a repeat customer. Avoid at all costs unless you like disappointment and having to sit and arrange times with couriers to sort out a mess that you didn't create.
They even closed and deactivated my account after the purchase so I couldn't leave a review on their site to let others know how they treat their customers. I have photographs, emails, and screenshots that prove absolutely everything I've said above.
Do your shopping elsewhere. Avoid exercise.co.uk at all costs.
Update: Also be aware of the fact that if you do try to return any goods, you will be made to wait and wait for a refund. They're very happy and quick to take your money when you're buying products online, but the moment it comes to returning the items, they take their time, thus leaving your money in their accounts for ages. I've had to contact my credit card company to get my refund instead.
Further update: Your reply says that you offered me multiple options. Let's be clear. You only offered 2 options, BOTH of which involved me having to leave work, unpaid, to receive either the replacement gym, or the replacement parts from courier. I asked for compensation for this as it was your mess I'm trying to clean up, or a gesture of goodwill, and given I'm spending £1000s, to offer a measly refund of a delivery fee was pathetic. If I was going to continue with my purchase, given your messing up, a gesture of goodwill of £100 would've went a long way, it would probably have kept me as a customer, and I'd have came back to spend £1000s more to complete my home gym.
It was clearly insinuated during a conversation I had with your customer rep, that the damage didn't come from your warehouse or goods, because every item is "checked" before its sent and it probably happened due to a careless courier and my location. Rust does not form overnight, it happened during the months and months these goods have been poorly stored in the warehouse and allowed to rot and rust.
You also said that I didn't open the rest of the package, but why the hell should I? I can clearly see the parts on visible display are rotting, rusted, bashed up with hammers, scratches in metalwork etc....now if you sold 2nd hand equipment, I'd understand, but this is meant to be brand new. I'm paying £1000s, it's not cheap, and when I spend that sort of money I expect to get what I ordered, brand new goods. Not goods that are clearly sub standard and, given other reviews I've read, seem to have been repackaged and sold on as brand new to other customers as well. I am clearly not the first with these issues on both exercise.co.uk or its parent company puretecfitness. And if you take the time to research and read through those trust pilot reviews, you'd see that.
I'm also very aware of how awkward you've made it for others to get refunds, as I've now researched this company a lot more and let me tell you, the amount of negative reviews you guys have received is staggering. Mostly to do with refund issues, or goods that are 2nd hand and sold on to customers repackaged as brand new. I didn't want to open the rest of the pack as A) I'm not confident the parts will be brand new given the others clearly aren't and B) your returns policy would then most likely be used to refuse my refund due to the packaging being opened up or delay it so long it takes months for the refund to take place. That's why I've contacted my credit card company and they can get my refund for me.
And you DID deactivate my account.
There is absolutely no defending your company for the way I, and others, have been treated by you.

Don't not buy from these chancers,they put the prices up at the drop of a hat and they try to say the item must of been on an offer.No mention the item was on offer and then you check on Amazon and its the original price.A bunch of cowboys,took my business elsewhere and got my bench cheaper from Argos than the original price this outfit wanted.
They say they have amended the price in their reply yet Amazon and Argos are still at £699.99,like I said a bunch of chancers

Just the most amazing customer service from Britt.
My husband has been left terribly disabled following brain tumour surgery. He strives every day to get well and to be able to walk again but also to try and be ‘normal’. He asked me to order a rowing machine from Argos but when I put it together he could not balance on the small seat, it was impossible. I made contact by email with this company that made the machine to ask if they had a wider seat for it.
The most amazing lady called Britt emailed me back very quickly and said unfortunately they didn’t but she had listened to our predicament and went out of her way to source a better piece of equipment to suit my husband, a recumbent bike. She arranged to have the rowing machine picked up and the recumbent delivered to us. Even had it built for us by the warehouse team before it came!!
Britts customer service, her compassion and utmost care is just something to be treasured. We will never forget.
We will certainly recommend this company to others.

Excellent warranty support
I purchased an exercise bike from them during "lockdown" that came with a 2 year warranty. After a few months over a year, the bike developed a fault that caused it to make a very loud rough noise (wheel bearings maybe?!?). I contacted them via a form on their website and received a response the following day saying they would send a new base out to me. 2 days later I received a reconditioned bike base and I moved the seat, handlebars and pedals over to it. It's working perfectly again. Lisa O was my point of contact so thanks to her. Really impressed with the quick response and how the problem was resolved. Wouldn't hesitate to buy sports equipment from them again in the future.

Great customer service
Purchased a rowing machine from Argos in January which developed a fault and had to be returned for repair.
Initially worried how this would be handled, however I was not disappointed, they sent a replacement so I could return the old one to them I the proper packaging.
We had a couple of unforeseen issues but the company handled these well and exceeded my expectations.
The person I dealt with [Britt] was quick to respond to my communication and went over and above to make sure I was happy and kept me updated regularly.
I am delighted with my rowing machine and would definitely look to exercise.co.uk if I needed any further fitness equipment for my home gym.

Great customer service from Britt...
I had an issue with right pedal of the exercise bike purchased a few months ago. Britt was very helpful and delivered a very satisfactory customer service. The part arrived earlier than expected and I was also sent both pedals (left and right) not just the right pedal, which was very thoughtful.
Everything is now sorted and I can make use of my exercise bike.

Great warranty service
All around, the warranty service from Exercise.co.uk was excellent. The representative, Britt, was extremely helpful in not one but two instances where the product (a rowing machine) did not live up to expectations. The machine was replaced just a month or so before the end of the warranty and, when the new one proved to be misaligned, a new, updated model was sent to us.
Interactions were quick and hassle-free.
