TL:DR? Good work, poor service and communication, both with me and between different people in the company.

The actual work that was done seemed (to me, as a non-expert) to be done well and the workers were communicative and straightforward. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the rest of the process. It took a lot of chasing (in the end, I’d been emailing/calling at least 9 different people in the company) and over 6 months from the CCTV survey in October 2023 that recommended lining a short section of drain to that work actually happening in April 2024.

The CCTV surveyor was clear, and showed me on camera, that there was a dislocation which would need to be lined. The written report arrived a few weeks later saying ‘no defects found’! A few weeks of chasing (while being repeatedly asked to pay the invoice and submit a review) and being passed between different people eventually resulted in a new report noting a minor defect. A quote for the lining was provided and a team came in February to do the work. They took one look at it and decided there wasn’t enough access to do the job. Surely this could have been known in advance from a photo or by talking to the surveyor?!

After a new quote and further delay and chasing from me, a team came in April and successfully completed the work.

When I suggested that a price reduction might be in order, to reflect the lower-than-expected quality of service, the response was ‘I don’t know anything about it, please pay the bill’.

I can’t praise this company enough. Professional, courteous and came next day upon calling. The chap who came to do the job gave us every confidence he would complete the job without too much fuss. Excellent.

Our drains (sewerage and grey water) were blocked. We had a very fast initial response, plus care and attention when the problem looked a little more complicated than it first appeared.

We found out our drains had become blocked on the morning of 23rd December and our driveway had sewage running down it. I called the company up and a member of staff arrived after an hour. He was very professional and had the problem sorted out quickly. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone!

Very helpful and professional from my initial phone call. Technician arrived on time and appeared to do a very thorough job which was a survey using cameras in drains. I was then sent the results with some advice as to what needs doing so I must follow it up soon.

Really swift call out even though it was late at night with a really helpful technician who sorted out the immediate problem and then came back the next morning to work out exactly where the source of the problem was. That turned out to be a few caravans down from me where another company had been called out the week previously but who didn't in fact fix the problem. Exjet not only fixed the seemingly unfixable but were also completely understanding that the park needed to foot the bill rather than myself. Communication with Exjet was both professional and light of tone while I sorted out payment through the park. A first class experience in every way. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolute joke of a company. They turned up outside our house, blocked the entire street and then sat in their vehicles for 45 minutes running their engines while having a coffee break. Yes they need to do whatever work it is they're doing, but this company doesn't take any account of their impact on either the environment or the people who are affected by their presence.

I had a surface drain that was blocked for over a year. The guy that came (unfortunately i didn't get his name) pulled a full bucket of muck and opening 2 manholes, he managed to clear all the drains that have been wrongly installed in a L shape so clogging a lot. More than surprised of what was there and even more content that now is all cleared and cleaned. couldn't have been hapier and definitely reccomend
