Ordered. Neko cat hoodie. Only order status I ever got was order placed. After about 2 weeks no updates. No changes in order status. I called my bank and disputed the transaction. Got my money back. Order still says placed. This is a scam.

It is a scam. I’ve emailed them many times and they haven’t responded and I can’t get my money back :(

It's been almost 2 months since I placed the order. Received a fake shipment tracking number that expired in three weeks. Never got my item.. No replies to my emails. Company is a complete scam. Don't waste your money.

ordered before thanksgiving of last year. still haven't received it. this company should be shut down period!!!

Ordered hoodie in February 2020 and still not received or had a single response to numerous emails... Avoid at all costs..

I bought 2 large t shirts and a hoodie in January.I received one of the t shirts but I still haven't received the other and the hoodie and there is no use using the tracking app it simply doesn't work. I replied by email and its the same generic email of the order is still in process or its been delayed, Its been more then 3 months, and the t shirt I received is of such low quality the print is flaking off. Don't wast your time or money on this shop, I knew the clothes were from China,and expected the flaws, but the flaking is so bad I'm worried to wear it and its scratchy. A wast of money and time.

Item never arrived, they don't respond to emails. I had two automatic emails saying they had shipped my parcel but the tracking number is a nonsense - and interestingly is a Chinese one as they claim to be Canada based!! I got my money refunded as I paid via PayPal and they didn't even respond to the open case I raised. Save your money and don't shop with them.
