Excellent Boxing Day sale. At collection time I appreciated not being sold items that were not of good quality. But I drove 30min to collect my purchase. I would have appreciated some form of communication about the items not being available. I would have cancelled my order. As the other items I bought were small and not my priority

I found the staff at Exoctic Botanic to be very friendly and eager to assist me with my order. I had an extensive list of plants and they were able to provide all of them except for a couple of rare plants (no-one else has been able to supply). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone seeking to landscape their garden.

I had seen this gorgeous item in a nursery in Narellan/Mt Annan where it was already assembled. I fell in love with it immediately and fancied I could get it online. To my delight, Exotic Botanic had them in stock and today it arrived via Australia post on brilliannt condition. A lot of fun to assemble and now I will have it in pride of place in my front garden. Thank you for the sturdy packaging and swift delivery. I love it so much.
