A friend sent me some of my favorite Japanese snacks from this store. Love it, everything arrived well, no noodles broken.

Exotic Snacks Company offers quite a few items that Weee! or Yami do not carry, which is a plus. They also restock out-of-stock items quickly, even upon request. That being said, prices are about 30% higher than other sellers, and shipping takes roughly four times longer.

To see what some unique snacks would taste like, I ordered a subscription box full of all kinds of unique snacks. Most were really good; there were a few unusual or different tasting snacks that didn't agree with me. The boxes were nicely packaged and shipped very quickly. I would buy from this company again, as it is a great way to try new products.

Chips came fast both where about 6 months expired

I ordered 6 of the same item and instead of them giving me a refund since they didn’t have enough in stock they sent some terrible candy in replacement and didn’t give me a refund. It was obvious they sent candy that didn’t sell since it was so awful even though I didn’t pay for that and didn’t give me a refund on what I actually paid for… don’t waste your money

Multiple missing items, package was late. No reply from customer service

Second year in a row I buy a box for Halloween and it was great as always love the selection/variety as well as all the random little free goodies you guys always throw in.

I just wanted snacks and soda.

Timely shipping amd received the product exactly as ordered. Gum tastes great! The jasmine and rose is what I got, my favorite is rose.

Updated review: I have placed two orders with this site since my last review a few months ago. My second order went well; I received all the items as expected, and everything was neatly packaged, with competitive pricing and quick shipping.

However, my experience with the third order was less than satisfactory. I was missing an item, I've reached out to them, and I'm waiting for a resolution. This means that two out of my three orders had missing items, which is a concern. Especially, since the 3rd order was for my youngest son's birthday.

I believe there is significant potential for improvement in their quality control processes. If this issue is addressed, it could lead to a much better customer experience moving forward.
