Kevin was excellent. He prepared a number of different options for me and then once I had chosen the holiday he also arranged UK internal flights. He was amazing from start to finish and was always quick to respond to any questions I had.

Kev has been great at quoting each time I ask. I don’t feel the pricing is as competitive as it used to be. I used to always book my holidays through Bluebay/Caribbean Warehouse. Even booked my wedding with them.
Update - booked with them and had a great two weeks in the Caribbean. All went smoothly. Price was a little cheaper than Tui and I was happy to book. Any questions I had day or night were answered quickly by phone or email.

Kevin has now booked several holidays for us as a family and always first class service, always takes note of our specific requirements and finds something we will like, we have booked tailor made, standard packages and cruises and will continue to use Kevin. Not only that prices are always competitive and we like the knowledge that Kevin has of the long haul destinations.

Kevin Kneale was approachable, responsive, clear and found the best deal for us. I work during the day and he was available evenings (he took my call at 9:40pm!) which suited me. I'd definitely recommend and will use him for future holidays.

He’s very responsive and works hours that fit in very well with being able to sort things out after work, he works hard to find the right destination or resort according to your brief and also let’s you know of any other options you might not have considered. I have booked 2 holidays with Kevin at Blue Bay travel now. I returned to book my second holiday because he was so good finding exactly what I requested for my first holiday, getting a good deal and good flight times. He made our second booking for a large group and was very patient to meet the variety of requirements our all ages in our group!
