These are tasty little sleep treats. Sometimes too tasty, as I catch myself eating more than I need, thus sleep like a log! I only give it a 4 because of some of the fake ingredients. I like all the flavors in the variety pack.. Need more coupons though, or a lower price .

I have Fibromyalgia with problems controlling my pain. This has helped. I don't fear doing things with my two kids out of fear of starting a cycle of pain I wont be able to stop. I cant explain how it feels to fear pain because you cant stop it when it starts and it lasts for days.
