They cancelled my order 4 days after my purchase because ‘they don’t have enough stock to fulfill my order’, it was an automated email with no apology which is incredibly disappointing because I was a returning customer and it feels like they don’t care enough to even acknowledge their mistake. Their clothes aren’t cheap either so would expect better customer care. Even after I ordered the hoodie it wasn’t sold out so I don’t understand how they can’t have enough stock
