Laine was, as all Expert Telecom staff are polite, efficient and effective. Unlike their billing department which only managed to get my bill right twice in 10 months.

Well my land-line was not connected for 6 weeks after I joined expert telecom as a customer.
I keep getting promises of emails from you but no emails from you yet except this one for feedback
I was charged 53 pounds rather than 15 for my monthly Internet
But all that said staff are super friendly and helpful
But David and Daisy I am waiting for emails from you both confirming your plan to address your company's errors

Just had to ring got Daisy who was professional and caring.
She sorted out the minor error and sorted out my account for the next 2 years hopefully .
I find when I ring in which is not often but you get a friendly voice and good prices. Makes BT should be hanging their heads in shame what the want to charge .

Liana was very helpful today with all my questions and my renewed contract but what i will say for new customers is the fact that vat is not on the the amount that is quoted to you and the line rental is taken from your bank account in my case four months before it was due

The lady was very helpful and friendly, very keen to sort out the issues.

Prompt response to fault on land line, Chelsea duly arranged for Technician to attend premises and traced the fault to a defective broadband filter. Issue resolved. Thankyou Chelsea for sorting this out for us.

From the beginning of my transfer from bt I've had nothing but broken promises from this company first they couldn't connect me for over 2 weeks then they gave me Dail up speed of 5mbps for abt month. I was supposed to get same deal I had with bt but to this day I am still waiting on my speed to be 86kbps and it's only running at 16kbps. Not enough to run all my devices in my house. Which I niver changed supplier I feel betrayed and I've call so many times to this company but to no avail. Now am in a contract I can't leave for 2 years. Shame on this company. As for the guy rayn I spoke to he was very genuine and did his best to help me out and he did for some things like getting money back which they over charged me. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Daisy has been very helpful setting my new system up with yourselves and getting me out of a bad contract with V4. Very helpful and explained everything clearly.

Recent tel. call about direct debits etc. Nothing too
serious but Daisy made it sound a pleasure to be helping me. She was courteous and cheerful which was much better than an experience of approx, two years ago. If Daisy is typical of the company then 5 stars is about right. Many thanks
