They take %10 of all settlements as a reserve and I closed my account with them 2 years ago and have about 30k in reserve they said they would release it after 180 days but it's been more than 700 days that no response from them, they steal money from merchants, stay away

Thousands of dollars of ours in their pockets, and no response. Crickets. Expitrans signed an agreement to hold funds for 180 days, but it's been 1 year. They avoid my emails. The customer service has no answers.

These guys are seriously slimy. My account was worth about 3 million annually without any chargebacks but they decided to take the low road and withhold $120k without disclosing that they were. Now they want to play a little game. If I come back to them to use them as a processor then I will get my 120k. Sounds a bit like blackmail to me. I don’t trust them at all.

Expitrans have been stealing money from me since December 2021. We contacted them to get some help for payment services and trusted them by providing our banking information. Instead of providing their services they started a recurring payment on my account for $119 every month without taking any approval from me. I had to request my bank my account information in order to prevent any further charge from them. When I disputed the charges to Expitrans, they assured me to give the refund. I gave them the new account information but instead of refunding the money they charged my account for another $203.00. This company is full of incompetent people and are their to do nothing but steal money from their clients. They claim to arrange merchant services when they are so incompetent to manage their clients account.
