Then, I was told to return it. But shipping costs 70$ cdn. I believe they were aware of this. When I tried to get help, they didn't bother with me. TERRIBLE OUTFIT DO NOT BUY. (ZERO STAR REVIEW ) RIP OFF !!!!

They market themselves as Explosive Fibres Ltd -XXXL muscle clothing since 1983.

They print XXXL on the front of vests and tanks. But they only sell up to size XXL

Maybe they are made for guys who wish they were XXXL but don't quite measure up!

I ordered 2pants,1 hoodie, 2 tank tops and i received by mistake 1wrong pant, i emailed them and they just send me the right one for free of charge🙏 super customer support🙏

I had a terrible customer service experience from start to finish.

As a new customer, I received a 10% discount code and used it to purchase three tank tops. About an hour later, I received an email advertising a 25% off sitewide sale valid until August 3.

I immediately contacted customer service and politely asked if they would honor the 25% promotion by refunding the 15% difference. They refused, saying they couldn't because I had already used the 10% discount code.

I then asked them to cancel my order so I could simply reorder using the 25% discount. They completely ignored my request and never even bothered to reply.

To make matters worse, when my order arrived, I received the wrong color shirt. I ordered red and was sent blue instead. After reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who's had issues with this company.

This is some of the worst customer service I've experienced. A reputable company should honor an active promotion, respond to customer requests, and make sure orders are correct.

They've lost a customer for life. I will never buy from this company again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before ordering.

Ordered from them at 10:22am on a Thursday, their website clearly states all orders made before 12pm would be sent next day delivery in the UK, come Friday, my order still hadn't been handed over to the carrier so I emailed them at 11:03am. I then left it for the weekend but then by Monday at 11:43am, I still hadn't received a reply to my email and my order still hadn't even been handed over to the carrier, so I sent another email. Then come Tuesday, 5 days after paying £5.50 for delivery that states its for next working day in the UK, my package still hadn't even been handed over to the carrier and they had also not even replied to my emails from the Friday or Monday. So I sent a 3rd email at 12:16 and still by the end of the working day, I still received no reply to any email.

I understand that things can come up and stop a business being able to stick to their planned run of operations.

But I find it completely unprofessional to charge me for a service and then completely ignore multiple emails when you are not for filling a service, you made me pay for as their was only one delivery option.

I will never try and order from them again.

I am very rarely impressed so much by a delivery. absolutely exceeded my expectations! Super high quality, fits and looks exactly as promised and more. i will never buy a different training brand again.

I have recently bought three pairs of track suits trousers from you, they are very undersized, and that’s why I’m trying to return them. The number on line doesn’t work, I’ve sent multiple emails and have had no response from you. I have ordered items from you before, but I’ve never had a reason to return them. This is very disappointing and I won’t be ordering from you again.

I used their clothing in the 80s. Always been a big fan of their products, great price. The cotton shirts are super, oversized fit, is perfect for weight training!

Husband bought a top from this site, first time ordering, fast delivery was really happy, hoodie seemed nice and great fit. Never ever purchased a top that’s so unfit for purpose, it pulls constantly can’t even touch his beard it’s a joke. We did contact the company who first asked if he had been playing with a dog? Then ignored the response email. I spend half an hour every week tucking the pulls in so he can wear it without looking like he crawled out of the bin. Shame as being so gym obsessed and big shouldered he struggles to find fits. Sticking to silverback as customer service when we spend on decent stuff is as important as the goods. The service received shows lack of customer support. Shame as he’s had so many compliments at the gym but he has told every single one about his poor experience. Not good representation of a brand especially as this might be a one off poor performance fabric.

I typically don't write reviews but have to say this place is legit., They ship out fast and it comes quickly. I live in the USA and have already put a few orders in and each time it has been here in about a week and that is coming from the UK. The clothes run large so definitely order a size down. My first order i returned, ordered an XL which i normally wear and returned it for a Large with no issue.

Brilliant quality clothing!
Not just for gymwear but for everyday use. I personally love oversized clothing so the 400gsm tracksuit is so comfy year round.
I also own the teddy fleece, light weight and very warm and cosy.
Aswell as the Original goat baggy pants for gym use, super light weight and freeing.
Would 100% recommend.

Jeg har købt tøj til min kæreste som skulle opereres Og skulle bruge hætte trøjen efter operationen, og det var weekenden efter,da det kom frem var det i en forkert størrelse, skrev en mail fredag aften og fik svar lørdag morgen 7.30 at de ville sende en ny med det samme og den kom frem torsdagen altså 4 dage senere og min kæreste kunne nå at få den inden, aldrig har jeg fået så god service, sender mine varmeste anbefalinger til dem, det er sku service udover det normale, jeg er vant til 😀
