So Disappointed!

I have been working with this company for almost a year, I began with Sophia and paid the promo deal for $600.00 with included a cover, editing , formatting and publishing. I have been passed around to numerous people and I paid another $1200.00 for a senior more experienced editing team. During this time the representatives had been communicating with me on a regular basis. However, I was sent a questionnaire for formatting that seemed strange after months of telling them what I wanted. Since I sent bact the answered questionnaire, I have not been able to connect with anyone... In fact, the chat person on the website did not respond nor dit Alan or James via email or text.
I feel that I have been scammed and I am so disappointed. I am going to present this to an lawyer to see what I can do. It has been going on since March of 2025

Elijah was very helpful and respectful throughout the whole process.
The constant contact and willingness to address my many concerns was greatly appreciated. I couldn’t be any more pleased with the product and the customer service I received

Excellent experience for this first-timer!

This was my first time going through the publishing process—to say I was nervous is an understatement. Elijah was so helpful and reassuring with each step. On the Wings of a Cuckoo - A great experience!

It was an excellent experience working with express book writing.com. I worked mainly with Elijah Smith who responded right away to all my emails. The corrections I sent to be made were made right away. Elijah was very willing to change whatever I wished to change even if changes were made several times. He kept me advised of all the progress made.

What made my experience great was that I had many questions to ask, and Elijah Smith took the time to explain them to me in details and he kept explaining to me my questions until I understood them. Elijah Smith is a very patient man who understands a first-time author as myself.

I was Born December 8th 1985.My Name Is Jamall Chestnut.In this Breath Taking true Story.I Was Raised To Vast Government Systems And To a Eminent Universe Also.I Spoke The English language and Followed the Christian bible, Christian traditions and Christian Duties.This book elaborates on my real life events traveling in a very compelling story of me as a God and King in my own world and universe influencing all living and all imaginable species near and far giving my life this very intimate relationship with history and science religion I believe I witness dwelling deeply in.The United kingdom of Britain brung my story to its very mountain peak.i jamall chestnut realize my special gift in 2008 -2009 in North Philly and I grew up around 19th & Girard,19th & Montgomery and 22 & berks st.I started to write on many topics through the following years then I pondered about this science religion and juggled through Christian bibles and Christian monarch manscripts about five years ago.And one of those that I thought really fitted me was United kingdom of Britain ones Which brought My book to its Climax.I want to thank the First creator of My life and creators of the universe My Dad King Albert Chestnut born in 1952 and Mom Queen Barbara Chestnut born in 1955. Mr. Elijah Smith did a great job with the covers, when I received them I found them both impressive, but I chose the one I wanted. We commutated and it was done in a professional way.

So fustrating!

I've been trying to reach this company for awhile now with no luck. SOPHIA told me about three months ago that it was still being typed. I've tried several times to get in touch with them to no avail. I don't know what to do.... NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

I paid Sophia 1000.00 to publish two…

I paid Sophia Josh 1000.00 to publish two books, but neither has been published, and the company refused to return my money. My experience was horrifying and unbelievable. Can someone please tell me who owns this company?
