Bought a supply of Isopropyl Alcohol for electronics. arrived damaged and a leaking box. Denied delivery and opened a support ticket for replacement, no response, sent another just in case it got swallowed up. Still no response.

So I am not going to purchase any goods from them again.

Very quick delivery, and order arrived as described! Recommend these as a supplier. Thoughtfully packaged, plastic jug arrived boxed and bagged in the event of any leakage in transit.

bought 5 liters of iso got 4.6 then got told water weighs more than iso ? whats that got to do with what i bought ? would stay clear of this firm staff cannot count to 5 then try to make out i dont know what im talking about when they sold me volume not weight .WOULD ADVISE YOU USE ANOTHER COMPANY

I use this company on ebay for Hydrogen Peroxide for household cleaning . I had a problem with an order , because it had to be signed for & i wasn`t in. I was given a rapid refund with no problems. This happened twice , both times due to an error on my part . Excellent customer service by Nicola . Great company , i recommend them without hesitation. I have no connection to the company other than being a happy customer.
